Whelp, it was fun while it lasted.

Gotta get the people back in line with the globalist agenda before the election.

It's highly unlikely he paid that much.

▲ 7 ▼

He used financing- but he certainly paid $44bn minus some large shareholders like Jack Dorsey who he convinced not to sell (now jack is so angry he hasn’t used twitter all year)

He managed to bring the price down. I can't remember the final sum, but the 44bil is leftist cope.

The stock market is visible for all to see and market cap is a multiplication. Except for what I mentioned before - not sure how he could have paid less…

So he took out a loan to buy the company and then saddled them with the debt?

permalink parent save report block reply

Normal hostile buyout, tbh.

Aligns well with a WEF CEO being installed, too.

Yes, I was wondering if it was leveraged. Good point.

  • Tucker: I'll use twitter to distribute my show.
  • Feckless RINOs: Fuck!!!
  • Degenerate Dems: Fuck!!!
  • Klaus: We can't have that. Minion! Install my lackey as CEO!
  • Elon: Yes master.

It is pretty interesting that he finally goes through with his promise to pick a CEO shortly after Tucker announces that he's moving his show to Twitter.

I wonder how Tucker will react to the news considering the ramifications this anti-free speech, far-left CEO will have.

▲ 18 ▼
– bloodguard 18 points 3 years ago +18 / -0

He should be distributing on all platforms. Rumble, Odyssey, Youtube... Allow Newsmax and ONN to play them for a cut of their subscription and add revenue. Heck, even let FoxWeiser, CNN and all the rest redistribute if they dare.

Can't stop the signal.

▲ 2 ▼
– elleand202 2 points 3 years ago +2 / -0

He can't. Based off of what what Bongino was saying about his Fox News contract, Tucker probably has a non-compete with both FNC (so he can't do OANN or Newsmax) and Fox Nation (so he can't do Rumble or Youtube). But he also probably has an explicit carve out for his Twitter account. So that's the only place that he can broadcast to until he gets out from under his contract.

She's anti-free speech and far left? How do you know that? I've never heard of her before.

Edit: Nevermind. Imp1's post below this one was surprisingly extremely informative about her.

Yeah, credit where credit is due. He certainly did his research on her. This seems like a huge mistake on Elon's part.

Yeah if you're stupid. Cause you pick a CEO within - what? a week? - since the Tucker announcement.

Well just put him and her on blast. Don't let him quietly seat her without knowing his dissatisfaction people have towards this move. Maybe won't change anything since whores fail upwards but at least it won't let him be so comfortable hiding among the servers.

Why be surprised. Wasn't his 'head of twitter security' a grifter that kidnapped herself or something.

In any case he's the owner, the chair and the CTO. It sounds like he hired an expensive secretary because honestly what power is she going to have? That she's a she, probably helps him wrangle the diversity pledges in California.

A women's sports shill who supports DeSantis running the whole of Twitter and having access to all your data...

You're gonna have to drop that talking point and drop your support for Trump, my friend...

https://nitter.nl/ExposeDarkDeeds/status/1657038868288339977#m

In 2018 Donald Trump appointed Linda Yaccarino to one of his Presidential councils.

The swamp runs deep

A lot of Jews who supported Trump moved over to DeSantis.

– user20461 [S] 15 points 3 years ago +15 / -0

If you play the political game, you have to pick someone, right?

Isn't that why people support Trump no matter how much he sold out? "He's not perfect, but he's the best candidate." And FWIW, Trump has done a crap ton for jews throughout his presidency. They even gave him a Good Goy award.

And I'm not endorsing DeSantis for President (nor do I vote) so it doesn't matter for me. Either way, this country is fucked, better off focusing on red states.

Trump's policies were very good for Jews, and he let Kushner run his administration. That's why Jews supported him. The problem for Jews is how Trump's rhetoric animated white people, particularly on immigration. In DeSantis, they see someone who is just as big of a butt-goy but won't animate whites in the same way.

The problem for Jews is how Trump's rhetoric animated white people, particularly on immigration.

Trump's rhetoric didn't animate white people because his supporters believe it's globalists/liberals/communists/etc.

Jews have a guilty conscious and think of everything as a dog whistle so of course they'd attribute any RW rhetoric to themselves.

The truth is, many of Trump's supporters did support his pro-Israel policies, at least up until the end of his presidency. It was only afterwards that they started connecting the dots when they went to sites like Gab and .Win, but it's impossible to still support Trump and blame jews at this point, unless they're flaming hypocrites.

At the end of the day, him and DeSantis are both shabbos goys, so there's no point in supporting either of them as president.

Trump still animated white people just by re-normalizing resistance to immigration. Jews put a lot of effort into normalizing the "nation of immigrants" psyop. The ADL was spouting that since at least the 1950s, for example. Trump helped rollback the effects of that propaganda campaign, even though he did nothing policy wise to fix it and misdirected blame.

I agree supporting any of the Presidential candidates is foolish because their policies will all be garbage. The only angle is potential "propaganda" victories.

No need to sell me on how horrible she is, I already agree with you there.

I just think it's hypocritical to use that as a talking point when she was nominated by Trump to one of his councils and she accepted the position.

And you probably already know that I don't support DeSantis for president and won't vote for him (or anyone), either.

Supposedly she's the chair of the WEF committee on the Future of Work.

Check her linkedin page for this claim, reclaimthenet.org says it's there:

https://reclaimthenet.org/linda-yaccarino-world-economic-forum

In her LinkedIn profile, Yaccarino notes that she’s been a WEF Executive Chair since January 2019. Currently, she’s the Chairman of the WEF’s Taskforce on Future of Work. She also sits on the WEF’s Media, Entertainment, and Culture Industry Governors Steering Committee. Additionally, she is highly engaged with the WEF’s Value in Media initiative. Yaccarino has spoken at the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting about shaping the future of media, entertainment, and culture.
