Janet Protasiewicz 55.6%
Daniel Kelly 44.4%
Democrats now have full control of the Wisconsin election apparatus AND now the state supreme court.
Protasiewicz has been candid during her campaign for Supreme Court about her philosophy and values on issues such as abortion, gerrymandering, LGBTQ rights, and environmental protections.[2] She supports abortion rights and opposes the state's Republican-drawn legislative maps.
This creature is now the swing & deciding vote for all Wisconsin legal disputes.
Wisconsin is a "MUST WIN" state for Trump. There is now absolutely no chance of him winning the state. If you believe the election was stolen in 2020, then you have no choice but to accept it will be stolen by a much wider margin in 2024.
Trump has no path to victory on the electoral map anymore.
On top of losing Wisconsin tonight, the fact that full control of Arizona switched to the Democrats in the recent 2022 election also means that if you believe the election was stolen in Arizona in 2020, then you have no choice but to accept it will be stolen by a much wider margin in 2024.
Whelp, Republicans didn't do anything about the fraud and now they're never going to win anymore.
'Never going to win'?
Bro, they're going to be rounded up and shot.
Republicans were more than happy to lose and let election fraud run rampant when their voters stopped voting for their approved candidates.
Unless we vote for RINOs, we'll continue to have democrats and election fraud.
I know they say republicans should play the mail in ballot and vote harvesting game but I do t get why a law that says unless you have mobility issues or are in the military you need to vote in person
Making people vote in person reduces fraud and ensures that voting is anonymous. It also has the added benefit of screening out lazy people who wouldn't bother to vote, who happen to be mostly democrat.
Let me give you an example.
I know my girlfriend is going to vote straight ticket republican for the rest of her life.
You know how I know?
because I'm going to fill out her ballot identical to mine. She will sign it, of course.
But if we went to vote together she could lie to me and say she was voting right wing then anonymously in the booth pick all libtards and I'd never know.
Now expand this to whole families & social circles who all insist on voting out in the open non-anonymously so that the people with power in the family or group ensure that everyone else is voting for the "correct" person.
Expand it to old folks homes & gender clinics & all sorts of other shit like homeless shelters were you can buy a vote for a cigarette.
See how this works?
It tends to give a big liberal advantage because they are more coercive and more highly radicalized to exert this kind of pressure on others. In the longer term once the Right starts doing it, too, it's going to end up like an arms race where everyone is exploiting their social and economic power to coerce their "friends" and dependents to vote according to their dictation.
That’s depressing because I’m sure that happens a lot in blue areas
Whelp, the GOP is part of the fraud.
This is good. Things will get worse. More people will wake up.
Things need to get a lot worse before they can ever get better.
We're only fixing this mess through a civil war, frankly. Either we win and they die, or vice-versa. It's the inevitable outcome.
I don't believe that's going to happen. There won't be a critical mass that'll change things. People are so wrapped up in their propaganda they'll come running to the Dems to save them from the problems the very same Dems created.
They are incapable of seeing the connection because that would mean they were wrong to trust the Dems. They would have to admit that they made a mistake. People don't work that way. Plus, all the media is telling them otherwise. They can't possibly be wrong!
The worse things get the more they'll come running to the Dems for handouts, union protection, debt forgiveness, class warfare, etc.
People won't wake up before it's irreversibly too late.
Turnout seems to have been terrible for us; over half the Republicans I know didnt vote, despite me reminding them for more than a month.
Republicans are demoralized, inattentive, and seem to have just completely given up.
Additionally, the left has raised two successive generations with total ideological capture.
It's bizarre to think, but to most school students now, trannies, abortions, and "fighting fascism" are more normal and central topics than the video game console wars and weekend trips to my grandparents' farm which defined my childhood around 2008.
Teens now dont know what normal is, so they will never behave normally.
Likely my presence on this website will also shrink dramatically, as this loss tells me that even locally our political battle is unwinnable and I'm going to pivot from talking politics to finishing my garden and stockpiling household goods, silver, and anything else I need to ride out America's global decline in style.
It is a shame. Rural Wisconsin was in many ways a time capsule from the early 2000s. Nothing ever really changed, and life was still pretty good aside from the perpetually stagnant economy. I expect this is the first domino to fall and in the next few years we will share the same fate as Oregon.
Their normal is the tranny shit. :(
its pretty bleak.. reset is the only way this can be fixed. the cold hard reality of survival.
Well yeah. Voting takes effort and if the result is fixed from the beginning then there are more productive ways to spend your time.
The whole argument is too much turnout means they can't “fix” it
Republican morale is very low.
Yep. It's always darkest before the dawn. Thats why I think DeSantis is going to come in and turn it around, Reagan style.
DeSantis can't pull a Reagan without dealing with the fraud problem in blue and purple states, and the GOP is more interested in playing controlled opposition so they can feed at the trough than dealing with the problem. Wisconsin was the only bright spot in 2022, and now that's lost.
I'm aware lol. My responses are just as much for the rest of the community as the person I'm responding to, regardless of the topic or who it is.
Well the answer is to both fight fraud and pick better candidates. Take the PA senate race for example. Philly had been all teed up to fraud their way to a Dem victory by saying that they'll need days to count all of the ballots. Then when Trump's guy Mehmet Oz got blown out in the general, they realized that they didn't even need to steal the election and certified the vote right away. So the right needs to dump shitty candidates and fight fraud, whether that's by cleaning out voter rolls, ballot harvesting, or getting rid of the Zuckerberg drop boxes.
We've been under full communist totalitarian control since the 1860s, they just kept an illusion going that the Constitution was in effect an pumped us with patriotism to fight in wars for their cause thinking it was our own.
The US (Federal Reserve) literally funded every Bolshevik revolution of the early 1900s, then went to war in both world wars to ensure global communist victory.
In the Bolshevik Revolution we have some of the world's richest and most powerful men financing a movement which claims its very existence is based on the concept of stripping of their wealth, men like the Rothschids, Rockefellers, Schiffs, Warburgs, Morgans, Harrimans, and Milners. But obviously these men have no fear of international Communism. It is only logical to assume that if they financed it and do not fear it, it must be because they control it.
-- Gary Allen
My biggest demoralization is that many on my side are still hoping in the electoral process, not realizing their situation yet.
The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it's profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will just take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains, they will move the tables and chairs out of the way and you will see the brick wall at the back of the theater.
-- Frank Zappa
Communists (banksters) won the Civil War and have used the US as a vehicle to take over the world. They are hermetic-kabbalists (see JP Morgan) who worship the devil at the top, IMO, which is why their sorcery and financial alchemy work so well.
Christ is King and those with hope in this temporal phase will suffer greatly as it's all stripped away, even more who have rejected Him as Lord.
I'm going to be resurrected into a new body just like my King in a restored creation with no more sin and death after I die, that's my freedom. Many don't get how real all this is, as they are still under the spell of the evil one. It's painful trying to wake everyone up on Jesus more than anything, it's all actually freaking REAL.
"they won't allow Trump to win" "But they will allow another Republican to win, so vote for him 🤓"
Holy fuck you are a meat rider AND as delusional as you claim MAGAts are
Then neither does DeSantis, so we can just call it a wrap now.
No Republican has.
DeSantis does not have Trump's huge negatives and can still win swing voters. Trump can't. They've all made up their mind about him already.
The idea that another candidate should be supported instead of Trump because they’re more electable ignores how we ended up in this situation in the first place. If DeSantis becomes the front runner the liberal media will give him the same treatment they’ve given Trump.
It’s retarded logic. The media turned Trump into Hitler. They do the same thing to every republican. The only reason they haven’t done it to Desantis yet is because he’s not the frontrunner.
They've sorta started already. Remember deathsantis?
DeSantis is superior to Trump in every way.
He can ALSO win whereas Trump cannot.
yeah, so? they'll lose
If he can win, it's because he can be controlled.
Otherwise they'd just repeat what they did in 2020.
He’s much shorter.
He's also way less fat.
If DeSantis was truly "our guy" they would never let him win. Period.
You would see them attack DeSantis as hard, if not harder then they attack Trump, because unlike Trump, DeSantis does not have the sheer amount of fuck-you levels of money that Trump does.
Frankly, the fact that they don't attack him as hard, and many of his supporters (the Bush family practically endorsing him, and the interest groups funding him), lead me to greatly question his loyalties and whether or not he is just a more well-spoken neocon.
They don't have the power to stop him. They couldn't stop Trump in 2016, and he was a weak candidate even then with his "grab em by the pussy" tape and all that.
True, and so what? Attacks aren't guaranteed to work. I don't get how you people seem to think that the liberal media is some sort of all-powerful entity that always gets its way and never loses. They lose all the time.
DeSantis is good at fighting the media. He never gives them interviews. He has no leaks from his camp to the libs. He knows how to run a tight ship and he knows to treat the media as the enemy they are.
They've been going all-out on him since last year since everyone knew he was their top threat. It hasn't worked at all.
They do. Apparently you haven't been paying attention.
Everyone who doesn't like Trump is obviously going to praise DeSantis. That says a lot about Trump and nothing about DeSantis.
Trump is very hated by a clear majority of people. That's why he can't win.
Have you not been paying any attention at all since the late 1980s?
These people will not hesitate to infiltrate your campaign to sabotage it.
These people will be fighting off volunteers to publicly make false allegations of rape.
These people will bend every scrap of print media and every radio wave to their will.
These people will run profitable companies into the red making in-kind donations to their cause.
These people hate you and want you dead, and they will destroy anyone who stands in their way.
cool story bro. plenty of Republicans have won since the late 1980s, and Trump can't win solely because he pissed off more than half the country and something like 56% of people hate him.
none of those things you speculated about stopped desantis from winning a few months ago by 20 points even though the democrats knew he was their top threat for 2024.
honestly you doomers are pathetic. you have lost so much that you have told yourselves it's impossible for anyone to win.
I don't give a flying fuck about Republicans winning. I barely care about Conservatives winning, because there's so little left worth conserving.
If we can't take back ground soon, there's nothing left to do but wait for the shooting to start, and ease our consciences with the knowledge that we're leaving a better world than we inherited for the survivors.
Then why are you engaged with politics at all? Your morale has been broken. Might as well stop wasting your time.
So hated that he got what 10M more votes in 2020 compared to 2016?
So hated that he won 18/19 bellwether counties, with the only county he lost being in Biden's home state?
Trump can't win because the deep state is willing to cheat, and they control the only group with the power to expose their cheating. (the mainstream media)
No, they aren't.
You Trumpers tell lies constantly because you're as delusional as the trannies.
This is why I laugh anytime those Youtube anti-woke channels say “I feel like the end of all this wokeness is coming soon”… fuck no buddy, it’s just getting started. We’re FUCKED.
Elections are fake and gay and bad for my mental health. Unfortunately even if there was a way to block all election news I'd find out about the predetermined result eventually.
This was a fucking disaster.
I am actually a bit shocked by the margin that Dan Kelly ended up losing by.
It is pretty fucking clear that abortion is a huge problem for the GOP. The Dems won this Supreme Court race solely by using abortion as THE only issue.
Our party needs to fucking realize that we will never win a swing election ever again if we don't have a more moderate stance on abortion. 15 weeks ban is the way to go.
I am pro-life but I realize that young women will literally even pay 1000 dollars for groceries in order to kill their unborn child.
The party needs to change their stance on abortion. If they don't change it, we will continue to lose everything.
Voting machines and mail-in ballots couldn't care less about abortion.
All true. Overturning Roe v Wade cost us our country. If republicans had continued to run on immigration, like Trump did in 2016, we might have turned it around. Instead, we got a few state-level abortion bans and the total destruction of America. Good trade, retards.
You know what’s really fucked up? Something like 90% of abortions occur in the first 12 weeks. So if you don’t implement a total ban, the vast majority of abortions will be unaffected by any lesser restriction. So republicans squandered all of their political capital to prevent 10% of abortions in some states. Yippee.
10% of a huge number is a huge number, dummy. This is "99% of protesters were peaceful" logic.
Numbers are like other numbers? This is probably the dumbest thing anyone has ever said here.
Repeal the 19th.
Repeal the 13th.
That's all true but there's more to it than that. Abortion was a demographic relief valve. Black people in particular used abortion as a contraceptive, and as gross as that is, it kept their population growth down. Without it, the black population will increase and will eventually grow to the point where it's mathematically impossible for Republicans to win.
We have to let women kill kids to have a country. That joke writes itself.
What happens if the GOP keeps its hardline restrictionist stance on abortion?
Dems will win crucial elections and then they will get to make their ghoulish abortion policy the law of the land.
They will allow abortions even after birth.
Is this what the most dedicated of pro-lifers want to see?
Compromising with a 15 week ban will save more lives than demanding that the GOP pass a full ban and then we can painfully watch the Dems win crucial elections and then pro-lifers will be powerless as Dems repeal all of the abortion bans and allow unlimited abortions.
I completely agree, however...
Even if Republicans stick to a 15 week ban, the media and Democrats will simply pretend that Republicans are still pushing for a total abortion ban.
So will it really make a difference?
Women already do that. Killing newborns is one of the very few things they are better than men at.
Women will just hold us hostage until they get the chance to kill us if we don't turn against them now. We can win on an anti-woman platform. More specifically, an anti female privilege platform.
Things are going to have to get really bad before enough people wake up.
The Republicans in Wisconsin won the Senate and have a supermajority. The Republicans in Wisconsin are two votes away from having a supermajority in Congress.
So no, Republicans are not fucked. Not a single law can be passed without Republican's bringing up said law and voting on it. The governor can be impeached if he tries election shenanigans.
They can prevent bad laws from being passed, but the laws they want to pass will likely get struck down now. It's certainly better than Dems having more control though.
Solely because of gerrymandering. Which the new supreme court can tear down by declaring the maps invalid and redrawing them, just like the lib court did in PA.
Irrelevant. The whole election apparatus is controlled by the executive, not the legislature. The only way to challenge that executive is the courts, not the legislature, which the governor can just veto and the Rs can't override it.
No, because the Rs don't have the votes, which is why they just lost a key statewide race by 11 fucking points.
Welp guess I better go buy my guns while I still can, fuck.
Let me guess - women turned out for the woman to win.
It's fucking exhausting. We're being held hostage by them at this point.
Wasn’t Scott Walker governor not too long ago there? How did it flip? Or is it a state that is mostly red but the cities ruin it?
Walker barely lost to Evers after a midnight ballot dump. It's been downhill ever since then. And generally yes, based rural regions but Madison and Milwaukee ruin it.
Traditionally even many of the Democrats here were pro-gun, but that attitude has eroded sharply with the young generation.
Now things will get worse, as this supreme court will redistrict the state, bring back ballot drop boxes (which we banned before), and may even strike down our voter ID requirements.
Ballot dumps are extremely shady. Sorry to hear that. I live in Texas and I fear that will happen here eventually. One thing here is that a lot of Hispanics down here vote red so that was a pleasant surprise in 2020
Brandon Johnson wins in Chicago -

Well democrats were only ones running right?
It was a choice between a moderate Dem and a far left loon, and the loon won.
yeah democrats do it every chance they get, then they act so outraged when the republicans do it
they aren't hypocrites because they don't decry the bad tactics. Instead they simply hate anything that inconveniences their team, no matter how. Legality is irrelevant, it's all tribalism.
Election fortification for the win. Since the GOP just lays on the ground wetting themselves it's a winning strategy from here forward.
We need a real opposition party.
Trumpers sure as fuck aren't it. What a bunch of losers. Trump got lucky with a photo finish against criminal hillary in 2016, then has been losing ever since.
What annoys me is that from now on MAGAts are just going to screech ballot fraud because they can't bring themselves to admit that their policies and candidates just aren't vary popular and if they want to win, they need to change tactics. I suspect that many don't actually want to win.
I think the main driving force of Trumpers is just seething emotional rage at the world. They see Trump making people mad, and it makes them smile. They think Trump is "theirguy" because they think he will somehow overthrow the system with his mean tweets.
It's really immature, disordered behavior.
Thankfully they talk big online but they're actually a very small group IRL.
I think Trump's core demographic of supporters are people from places like small town Ohio, places where the big factory in town that was the sole source of good jobs was shut down because the jew investment bankers on Wall Street knew that they'd make a little more profit by offshoring the manufacturing. They feel let down by society and that nobody cared about them. Until Trump. They think that Trump is their guy because he's low brow and talks about "America First" and enrages the people who shit on them.
Unfortunately, Trump is a raging narcissist, and at the end of the day, doesn't give a damn about anyone except for himself. He proved this on January 6, when he let his most loyal supporters rot in prison because he was afraid of the reaction of the Senate. But I can talk to Trump loyalists until I'm blue in the face that he doesn't deserve their loyalty and it goes in one ear and out the other.
I think they'll come around to DeSantis eventually. I truly think DeSantis is going to be the guy who turns the Right's morale around and brings about a total reversal in the political climate.
I bet if you call them MAGAts or cultists a few more times, that'll help.
I'm sure there was fortification afoot, but it likely didn't make the difference here.
i don't accept this as valid until a full forensic audit is performed.
I'm sure your feelings will bother her greatly as she takes the bench.
Not surprising. WI politics is dominated by Madison and Milwaukee.
