I enjoyed Witcher 3 a lot, but I doubt we will be getting anything of that quality again. If they make another Witcher game I'm sure it will let you choose your "style" instead of sex and have pronouns and other garbage forced into it.

I tried twice to get through Witcher 3 but I just couldn't do it.
I just hope they will not make another Witcher game but it seems highly likely. If the next Cyberpunk game does not deliver then their next project will be either a Witcher game or a remastered Witcher game, adapted for modern audiences.

Using his connections in the finance industry, he probably purged anyone who dared disagree with him thinking he knows better than the game developers to take control of the company and is probably the sole reason everything after Witcher 3 that CDPR went to pure shit.

In a way I thank these people. GOG used to be the last place I had some respect for because of their commitment to DRM-free games. However they went so ridiculously woke that I now sing sea shanties without remorse.

If you watch the entire video you'll see that they're simply redressing what they're already doing in order to flesh out supposed ESG standards, so that they can claim to be ESG compliant in an ESG mandated 'report'.
I suspect they hired an ESG consultant from KPMG or Deloitte and he came up with this zero effort ESG spiel. He looked at the existing activities and business practices of the company and then selected the bits that would be ideal.
Their commitment to ESG is pretty much nonexistent: solar panels to cut electricity costs, a mentorship program for girls, wow! Some daytime soap opera story elements about abusive relationships or a half-arsed alienation/dehumanization narrative in Cyberpunk. Groundbreaking.
ESG = sanctimony and drivel.
Well they can go to hell, I'll not buy anything of theirs again. Probably have to stop using GOG too, now.
