In elementary and sometimes jr high schools girls would routinely play with boys in the non-contact sports. The older they got the less common it was because as the boys got tougher and more aggressive, the girls could no longer compete. They couldn't make it on the HS and College teams. Women demanded female sports so girls could compete with other girls at their own level.
Grown-ass women at the peak of their performance can't compete against 13 and 14 year old boys. The number of times I've seen a Pro women's football (soccer) team get thrashed by U-15 boys...not even a contest.
At 15 I was stronger than the average adult male. Playing anything with women felt like playing with literal babies. I'd be a benchwarmer in a collegiate athletics so imagine how these chicks would fair
