All the DEI laws and incentives have to go before major western studios can make good games again. Once a business hits some level of size then there are legal obligations, activist lawfare threats, government grants and investors funding, that force or incentivize DEI hiring. Western studios can't purge the left as long as that is happening.

Grey aliens are real and have been using plastic surgery and anime to normalize their skull shape and ease their introduction to human society.

The devs expected that because they shoved in every mechanic from all of the other games, the playerbases would all jump over to the new game. Highguard is a PvP shooter where you loot chests for equipment and mine rocks for money so you can buy upgrades so you can control objectives to unlock the payload to assault the base. If you like any single one of those concepts you're supposed to like Highguard.

Games last like 10 minutes and most of that time is spent not interacting with the enemy team. I'd call it a PvPvE shooter but there is no PvE, you just run around pressing interact on inanimate objects.

This is frame where the gun supposedly fired. It's super blurry and pixilated, but you can still see the shape of the officer's black glove, part of the handle of the grey gun, and you can maybe kind of see the gun barrel sticking out of the slide. The officer's finger was not where the trigger would be on the gun. If this is accurate, and it might not be because the footage is super blurry, then this whole incident was caused by a Sig P320 random discharge.

He was disarmed less than a second before being shot. Human reaction time isn't instant and cops don't have telepathic superpowers.

He reached for a gun while resisting arrest.

She knows that she can't say that being Somalian is about being a radical Islamist, loyal only to your own clan, and taking advantage of everyone else however you can. However, she's too stupid to think of anything else to say.

You don't have to wonder. Criminal men get shot in the face while trying to run over police officers all the time. It's never news and the cop always gets cleared because vehicles can be deadly weapons and it is legal to shoot people who are trying to kill you. The only reason this is news is because it's a lefty activist woman that got shot this time.

A deranged leftoid narcissist faces consequences for the first and last time in her life and right-wing commentators just can't help but simp for her just because she's a woman. If our entire society wasn't riddled with simps and this dead bitch had been allowed to suffer the results of her own actions earlier in her life, she might not have gotten herself killed.

Whatever's in the Epstein files ties Epstein squarely to Israel, the whole thing was probably some kind of intelligence or blackmail operation. Trump has seen this, and he's Israel's greatest ally, so he is doing everything he can to prevent Israel from being exposed. Remember, Trump only became against releasing the Epstein files after he read them.

Wow, who could have guessed that this obviously unbuildable pipe dream would inevitably fail, except for everyone but Saudi oil billionaires?

That's what the patent just got rejected over, there's plenty of prior art to point to that makes these patents worthless. However, Nintendo has infinite money, time, and lawyers to file horseshit patents and sue people with. They can keep filing losing lawsuits forever and impose significant legal cost to making products that compete with Nintendo. Even if they lose every single one, they can still force small companies to spend way too much money on lawyers and potentially drive them bankrupt. That is why Nintendo has to be punished for doing this, beyond the simple cost of the lawsuit.

You are missing the point entirely. This lawsuit is impossible to avoid because these patents were made after Palworld was created, specifically to destroy Palworld. Nintendo would have made different patents if Palworld was different. Nintendo is already changing the patents they are suing over, mid-lawsuit, as Palworld makes changes to avoid infringing on the previous version of the patents. Nintendo is simply attempting to crush a competitor with bad-faith legal action and must be delivered a humiliating defeat not merely in the legal field but in the field of public perception as well. We must mock them.

Some people don't have souls. They are homunculi that exist only to consume products, such as EA's latest annual sports game and whatever the fuck this smart bed pod thing is. This is why the economy has remained relatively functional despite everything produced being worthless trash garbage shit vomit piles.

Okay, but is this higher or lower views than he was getting before?

On Thursday, "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" averaged 2.3 million total viewers — a staggering 64% drop from the 6.5 million who tuned in for Tuesday’s much-hyped return.

By 2021, "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" managed only 1.5 million nightly viewers. Kimmel’s 2025 average viewership of 1.6 million was down 37% compared to 2015 totals when Disney decided to temporarily sideline him.

So he's still up by about 50% compared to where he was a week ago. I doubt that's enough to make him profitable, and we'll see how long that increase lasts.

My parents have kept separate surnames and gave me a hyphenated last name. It's been a minor annoyance for my whole life. Half of the time they scheduled something it was under the other's name and they had to clarify. My name is too long for credit cards and id so parts of it constantly get cut off. When I was in school it was too long for attendance spreadsheets and part of my first name got cut off as well. When I get married, am I supposed to tell my wife that I'm keeping both my mother's and father's last names but we can't slap hers on the end? Will my kids have three last names, and their kids have four or five, until we end up like British nobility that needs a professional crier to announce their paragraph long last name? It's not a practical standard for naming people. The old standard of everyone in the family taking the father's name is perfectly functional and the expected standard, which makes it the best kind of standard.

In the cockpit voice recording, one of the pilots is heard asking the other why did he cutoff. The other pilot responded that he did not do so.

No saar I did NOT redeem the cutoff switch. The problem is in your end. The needful is to reboot the windows and try again.

Crappy mobile games have to make their money from customers buying either the game or microtransactions. That means they need their customers to like the game and want to spend money on it. AAA games get a ton of money up-front from investor firms like Blackrock and Vanguard and whatever other firm Larry Fink is running this week, and Fink wants to push DEI propaganda and doesn't care about losing money.

The entirety of TLoU2 and everything after it is Neil Druckmann is having an extremely Jewish meltdown over having accidentally wrote a story where the message is that White people need to have children.

And only the Jesuits ever bothered to write anything about him. Oda Nobunaga never wrote anything about him at all, despite writing haikus about everything that ever happened to him including the day the strap on his favorite pair of sandals broke and making Yasuke his sword bearer and a feature of his court.

It's because normies don't pay any attention to gaming news; they buy based mostly on how much they liked the previous entry in the franchise. Witcher 3 was good, so Witcher 4 will get the normie dollar. Witcher 4 is almost certainly going to be terrible, so Witcher 5 won't get the normie dollar even if its done a hard course correction.

$65k and pulling Palworld from sale. Nintendo doesn't need money, they could fill several swimming pools with $1000 bills. They want to crush a direct competitor making a superior product.
