Modern College is a scam for most industries. So long as they have some kind of training requirement, this is fine.

Let's hope this trend becomes widespread and permanent.

We've had 20+ years of requiring college degrees just sit in front of a desk and fill out forms.

Not a specific degree. Just any degree, mostly serving to prove nothing other than that you are probably from at least a lower middle class background.

No, it's a substitute for an IQ test, which employers are not legally allowed to require because IQ is racist.

at this point you can get a degree with an iq of 90, so I think it's more testing your ability to go through something pointless for 4 years for a credential

Lol, I love the spin "difficult job market". Want to know the real reason? It's so it's easier to hire women, immigrants and Ns into jobs to fill diversity quotas which are hard to meet if degrees are a requirement.

I know many of you might think it's because companies realize that college degrees are worthless so they want to hire people with skills not worthless pieces of paper but you have far too much faith in clown world. That's not the reason. It's because there aren't enough Ns to hire for diversity quotas if degrees are a requirement.

Sadly there is truth in your statement.

A lot of women get degrees but then go on onlyfans. Just because they have degrees doesn't mean they want to work.

No only here likes OnlyFans, but everyone can recognize that you're being retarded again.

"Big companies admit there is no difference between a college education and not having formal schooling."

Meh, you really don't want to work for those big companies, at least if you're a qualified white dude. If you're a minority, faggot, or (even better) a tranny, then yeah those are good places to work. But they're the absolute worst about DIE, so anyone without diversity points is better off looking at less glamourous but still solid options, which you'll have in abundance if you have the right skills.

Eh...

This minority half-faggot wouldn't want to work at such companies at all.

The people who lack qualifications would love to work at such places though.

Who would have guessed when things get too expensive and provide zero value, people don’t buy them.

They're doing it because it's in their own selfish interests, but this is also the best thing that you can do for social mobility and "underrepresented" minorities.
