I’m okay with everyone getting tax breaks and I’m okay with gay marriage but at least in the religious sense what’s the point of it? I’d be okay giving everyone a tax break on everything for any reason.
Tax incentives should promote national growth via subsidizing couples that have greater than 2.5 children. Lifestyles that don't result in children shouldn't get tax relief.
A marriage that does not produce children is still a good thing. A responsible government would rather you contribute to population stability too, but it's better for everyone if someone can turn to their spouse for support rather than going straight to the government.
