Apparently this was in protest of a uniform enforcement blitz that the school did the day before, where students were pulled out of class if they were wearing shorts or if their skirts were too short. The protest organizers claim mostly girls were targeted, which could be bullshit, or it could be that teenage girls these days will take any excuse to wear next to nothing, whether it's to school or work.

The protest was supposed to be confined to the lawn across the street from the school, but this kid and some others apparently kept crossing the street and protesting on school property. Police say they only arrested him after he was repeatedly warned to stay off of school grounds. Some reports even say that he wasn't actually a student at this particular school. Reports also say that he was later released with no charges.

I'm not generally inclined to defend Ottawa police, but overall, this appears to be pretty much justified and proportional.

Even if they were likely to in a clean election, the province uses Dominion voting machines.

Even if they manage to actually perfect this technology, you'd still need ova from actual women to make it work.

Make no mistake, as soon as a functioning artificial womb was released onto the market, anonymity and decision-making powers over the donation of reproductive material would suddenly become a major concern in a way that it's never been for sperm donations for some reason.

If a man actually managed to secure an ovum for an artificial womb to give himself a child, as soon as the woman who donated that egg started to have second thoughts, the legal precedent would immediately be set allowing her to take that child off his hands with no recourse left to him.

Bottom line: it's a fantasy.

They probably can't. If you think teachers' unions have too much power in the US, just do a little research into any Canadian province. You'll quickly discover that the provincial Ministries of Education basically exist to do the bidding of union administrators.

More like they assume that, like men, women actually literally mean what they say when they tell you what they want.

You'd think they would have figured out by now that women, even feminists, don't actually find this kind of thing attractive, no matter what they say. After decades of this lunacy, male feminists still don't understand that the more they humiliate themselves, the less likely they are to get laid.

Women can't legally cross state lines.

Even that part sounds like a continuation of the emotional abuse. She can dress it up in the language of trying to "save him" like she actually loves him, but really, her message is, "you were born with the original sin of being male, you must spend the rest of your life debasing yourself before women and apologizing for your gender and there is no escape from that."

It was nice to have a story without some "you go gurl" constantly in the background.

Instead we got "This dumb white guy is wrong about everything" even though he wasn't. It seemed like he spent half the game apologizing for things that he was right about, usually to Marrin and Cere.

Don't get me wrong: I liked that game. Mechanically, it's one of the better games I've played, and probably the best SW game since Empire At War.

Plotwise, it sucked. Cameron Monaghan is not a good actor, neither were most of the other voice actors, and in the end, the characters achieved absolutely nothing. I get that they couldn't have a plot that might impact the continuity of the in-universe time period, but what they did instead was to have all of the struggle they went through be rendered completely meaningless when they destroyed the thing they spent the whole game chasing, which would have been safer if they'd never started chasing it. It was stupid.

Yes and most jurisdictions now have laws protecting them from prosecution for that, which is a good thing. Doesn't change the fact that you're right and they shouldn't have smart phones.

Deprive women of a lucrative career circle-jerking about feelings, imposing diversity quotas, implementing language policing policies and overall diminishing a company's efficiency and profitability?

Absolute madness.

In this case, it will, because she had to be in possession of illegal material in order to try planting it on his computer. Motivation doesn't matter when it comes to CP: having images of child abuse is still victimizing children, regardless of why you have them.

Which is why large numbers of FBI agents and other law enforcement should all be in prison.

So they want illegals, but they don't want those illegals having kids who might grow up feeling any sense of actual attachment to America or its values and society.
