That just makes this news article from 2 days ago even sadder. Because the obvious solution to that guy (and all the other ones like him) is to crack down on social media drug sales. Sure.
You have a guy walking (or, rather, staggering because he's so blitzed out of his mind he can barely walk) around Walgreens with his butt exposed, stealing (I think) oreos and then flopping on the sidewalk half-naked to eat them. You have legislators saying they want narcan freely available in all schools to combat the rampant overdosing. What does it take for you to admit that your policies have horribly failed?
prohibits person who willfully enters campus of state university or Florida College System institution for purpose of threatening or intimidating another person from remaining on such campus after being warned to depart.
Oh FFS, can't people who write laws take 2 seconds to think about the implications of them?
-
Speaker who is to the right of Mao goes to a Florida campus
-
Leftist nutjobs at school shriek that he is there to intimidate and threaten them
-
Leftist college administrator tells him to leave
-
Speaker says "but I was invited by X group"
-
Speaker (and potentially members of the group who invited them) are locked up by this bill.
I agree with the sentiment, but that ship has long since sailed. Trump has been determined to divide and demoralize the GoP for months, and will continue hammering on DeSantis in increasingly absurd ways (someone who refuses to admit Warp Speed was a mistake saying Florida had one of the worst covid responses in the country is basically parroting DNC lines) up until the federal filing deadline (and maybe after that) even if DeSantis does not run.
That works, I'd go with this collection of leaked scenes though.
Hopefully someone has the link to the archive of the study, but it isn't just him and Hillary. Virtually every left-wing politician does that, and not just in accents. They consistently and repeatedly dumb down the words they use when talking to black audiences too.
Nope. Ok, there's occasional good ones (or a good story from a bad one), but William Randolph Hearst got into the newspaper business over 130 years ago and there's been issues since at least then (if not before then)
Hopefully (though it would never happen) this means that Tieflings (and Aasamir) as going as well, since they're half-demon and half-angel. I want to see the massive explosion across the D&D internet scene when people lose the ability to play their quirky half-demon girl who constantly pranks the party but secretly has a heart of gold underneath.
I think an attempt at a <current year> Hollywood D&D movie has a lot more potential issues than "problematic" tropes. Hollywood's terrible history with D&D movies? check. Obligatory diverse and quirky cast? check. Trailer making it seem like they're only concerned with big special effects? check. Ridiculous equipment designs? check. And probably more stuff.
The capital gains tax applies only to individuals and profits above $250,000 per year, according to the state’s Department of Revenue. The tax does not apply to real estate or assets held in retirement accounts.
As with every single historical case ever, "for now". Sure, now it's 250k/year. 5 years from now, it will be 200k per year (assuming we don't Weimar our way to 250k being minimum wage), then 100k, then everyone.
I absolutely expect them to threaten to deprive U.S. users of news because of their reluctance to pay for it
Oh no! Whatever will we do if the main cable and print news organizations don't have their headlines spammed all over the internet anymore?
It's important to mention, as it says in the last quoted line in the post
Of course, I was going to appeal and even go all the way to the High Court. However, I was delighted that at Crown Court I was granted my appeal.
Ridiculous that it happened, and he won't get the jail time back but at least the community service is dropped.
That.... is pretty much the opposite of reality. Protein, healthy fats, exercise and regular sleep are ways to boost your testosterone. The only way way green veggies can help is getting you more magnesium.
