Not so much.
6' tall you eliminate the bottom 85%, leaving you with 15% of the population.
Not obese, you eliminate about 30% of men, leaving you with 70%.
$40k or more per year, you eliminate about 50%.
White, you eliminate 40% of the population leaving you with 60%.
Not sure how many are married but if we assume 50%.
So 15% * 70% * 60% * 50% * 50% = 1.5% roughly speaking. The issue is when you want multiple qualities that are a "must", that's when you start eliminating huge parts of the population. For instance I could say "I want a woman who's a virgin" and bam, 95% of the female population is eliminated instantly. Add blue eyes and blonde hair, fit, etc, and you're looking at a minuscule amount.
Stopped for years, then got back into it recently. Once you start, it really sucks you in and it's hard to get out of it again. It doesn't help that literally anything past puberty is whoring it all out.
I'm definitely planning on going back off of it, starting now. But yeah, it's an easy habit to make, and very hard to break. And it never really goes away. You can go months, or even years without it, and then boom, one day in 20 minutes you're 100% back into your old habits as if it was second nature.
I live in FL. Every day I drive by new construction. The houses are glued to each other, and the apartment buildings get a new floor every couple of days. Traffic has become unbearable. Florida is FULL, and we're still getting more. Oh and rent is going up about double every 8-12 months. Even the shittiest apartments are around $2k now.

What's wild is men's feelings on the issue are completely ignored. Like yeah Brenda gets to complain about not being comfortable around Bob, but if Bob doesn't feel comfortable being alone with Brenda now the sky is falling.
