Here's some context: the Civil Air Patrol is the Air Force's civilian auxiliary. It's mostly made up of "middle-aged white men who are pilots" like the guy in the video says, along with retired Air Force personnel and kids in their cadet program.

My guess is that he's an Air Force officer assigned to serve as an advisor to Civil Air Patrol- the real Air Force doesn't take middle-aged men who already know how to fly, it takes young men and teaches them to fly. Even if you join the Air Force with a pilot license, they still send all their pilots to flight school.

I think he's trying to say, in an incredibly ham-fisted way, that the Civil Air Patrol needs to reach out to different demographics as well, which isn't necessarily wrong, as it's an unpaid volunteer force- the more volunteers they get, the better. However, its main appeal seems to be to older men who either couldn't join the military or have already retired, and they bring a wealth of experience, so it would be short-sighted to think that the organization holds the same appeal to random "stronk black woman". Turning away your core demographic is stupid, especially considering that there are other service auxiliaries they could go work for instead, such as the Coast Guard.

There's also quite a bit of hubris by the left at play here IMO. I think they legitimately believe that once they get 51% of the votes everywhere they can just force through whatever they want and the rest of us will just have to live with a boot on our face forever because "hur dur, it's a democracy and majority rules". We're not going to have a meeting, present them with a telephone book sized stack of facts that disprove their beliefs, and then see them come around to our way of thinking like a rational person. They will cling to their beliefs despite all evidence to the contrary- in fact, counter evidence may make them believe even stronger in their position (double-down effect).
