The main characters like Sagat here don't look too bad in the game, all things considered. They spend some actual time and effort making the main cast work, with impact physics and other smaller details. It isn't the absolute pinnacle of graphical fidelity of course but considering how many fighting game players play on poverty hardware and that it doesn't have an awful art style like SF5 did, I don't really have much to complain about on this end.
Just about every other character though (like the black dude as the default character Capcom uses in place of your custom character) is made from the character creator, which is seemingly based on the Monster Hunter Rise character creator or some shit. They look really bad.
It was done via webkit, which Nintendo full well knows is a a vulnerable piece of shit and more than likely accounted for webkit being exploitable. Talented hackers probing at the console have said the baseline security of the system is much better, making any kind of kernel level exploit difficult if not practically impossible to achieve. The hardware is resistant to methods like voltage glitching.
Not to say something won't be found but it could be a long time for something useful to be discovered.
A Metroid movie in the style of Genndy Tartakovsky's Primal (a show with next to no dialogue) would actually be really cool. The problem is they would absolutely never do something like that because the average viewer's brain is addled with ADD and needs dialogue to remain interested in watching something.
Nintendo is seemingly trying to charge $80 USD for Mario Kart World. The EU pricing lists different pricing between physical and digital, so I'm assuming the $80 USD for Mario Kart World is phyiscal pricing, and that digital copies will probably be $70 USD. This sucks, as it was already difficult to justify a lot of Nintendo's game offerings at $60 USD for the amount of time/content you get out of them so them embracing the $70 USD trend feels bad. Physical gamers are especially getting bent over a barrel here, though honestly the physical pricing being higher than digital doesn't surprise me given that cartridges are more expensive than disks. With Switch 1 they offered coins that served as some form of cash back on games for future digital purchases, getting 1% back on physical games and 5% back on digital purchases.
Is there a backup somewhere? The media is unavailable and I assume it got taken down.
This was at EVO in I think 2018 and had to do with ESPN as they had an agreement to broadcast on TV. Capcom wasn't to blame for this one, though something Capcom did do during this era was censor the butt slap on Mika's super after the game released.
This would be basically all of Canada anyways, with maybe the exception of Alberta.
You could use paypal on Nintendo's shop and they didn't care where the account was located. Now they will refuse payments from paypal accounts that aren't located in Japan.
Demerit points have to do with your driver's license and auto insurance. Basically if you accrue enough of them, they will take away your driver's license and possible make you go through the whole process to re-obtain it, and with enough of them you can also become uninsurable which means you need to get on the extremely expensive public insurance plan.
She has actually walked back her stance on gun control over a year ago, even before backing Trump. Her getting thrown on the no fly list was a huge red pill for her.
Reminder that they cut ties with musical artist Susan Calloway after getting mobbed by their consumer base for supporting right wing beliefs. This policy will not be used to defend others with similar views and will be abused by the left.
It doesn't matter, the government would back this decision.
The real issue at the end of the day was that Sony willfully listed the game on Steam in regions that cannot (without breaking ToS) create a PSN account. Even if the account linking requirement was supposed to be in from the start and only got kicked down the road due to server issues, Sony created a shitstorm largely because of how widely listed the game was. Arrowhead isn't to blame for that aspect at the very least, because the reason studios opt for a publisher is to manage logistics, like where to sell the game.
To be fair with The Three Shadows, it is technically more accurate to the Japanese script than the original English localization. Similar to SMRPG, at least some of the script changes look to make things more similar to the original script, such as Hooktail hating "frogs" (Japanese and English remake script) rather than "crickets" (original English script).
Not trying to defend DEI bullshit creeping its way into remakes and remasters, because I have no explanation for the other script changes being made and nowhere near enough knowledge of Japanese to dig through the script.
I was a similar case as your older nephew. I couldn't sit still in elementary school, and teachers would bring up that I fidgeted a lot to my parents. At some point the school wanted to put me on meds. My parents told them to fuck off. As I grew older and classes began teaching things I didn't already know or couldn't grasp instantly (and was interested in learning) I was fairly calm and attentive.
I am forever thankful that my parents saw sense that I was probably just bored in school and were adamantly against the idea of fucking me up with meds.
I was not aware the graphical update was not globally applied. That should really make one wonder why certain regions got the uglification update and others didn't. Hopefully some normies wake up from it.
Capcom has wanted to charge you to recreate your character appearance since at least Monster Hunter World, all the way back in 2018.
It's mostly a bunch of indie crap. Taking a quick look at the companies listed, some of them have the following games that might be notable:
Boneloaf - Gang Beasts
Poncle - Vampire Survivors
Raw Fury - Cassette Beasts These guys have a bunch of stuff that I've never heard of, website here
Robot Teddy - this is another consulting firm with many of the same companies listed as this Richie guy, website here
VAF - a Belgian government funded investment body for video games, movies, and television, website here
Innersloth - Among Us
SFB Games - Snipperclips They similarly have a bunch of other stuff on their website I haven't heard of
The other companies I didn't mention (Triband, Pontoco, Yogscast) all seem to have incredibly niche or underwhelming games. Dutch Game Garden is some kind of Dutch non-profit organization to support indie devs.
Video has been removed by the uploader. Did something happen?
I recall Julian Assange saying gamergate and the biased and corrupt gaming media was but a microcosm of the whole journalist media industry at large. In some ways gamergate did in fact wake people up to the full blown leftist takeover of the west.
Even better, find an ISO of the PC version of FF7 and you can install all kinds of mods to make it not look like a horrendously outdated game. 7th Heaven makes things pretty easy https://7thheaven.rocks/
I fully agree with you. There isn't any sexualization going on in the instances I've seen where Nexusmods still removed decensorship mods of any underaged (or perceived underaged) characters.
I've noticed Nexusmods has been taking down uncensorship mods of underage female characters for a little while now. It's not even like people are trying to make these characters nude, they just want to get rid of the BS censorship practices being forced upon us and respect the original design intent of a character.
Fuck Nexusmods.
The supposed reason is that the second part of FF7R this week censored the outfit that this patch also censors, to maintain consistency.
He was put on FF16 and then was promoted IIRC.
