It's Crowder's Adderall riddled brain. One that can talk for 5 straight hours without actually saying anything.
He's not evil for taking it, though it is degenerate. He's evil for trying to convince people of things as a facade of a real person instead of the person he actually is.
You can quantittize anything and everything, but a change in the rate of flow of time is not what people would consider numbers. The enemies don't get more HP or higher attack or faster attack speed comparable to your own, everything just happens faster taxing a human player's multi-tasking and strategy given their skill's limited amount of APM.
Another good example would be a fighting game where the difficulty is altered by changing the amount of time between when the AI performs combos. The enemy doesn't get more HP or higher attack or faster attack speed comparable to your own. Sure, you could consider that in built "stagger time" a number too, but everything that would stay the same against a human opponent instead stays the same.

Not all. Take RTSs. StarCraft is hard. In campaign you turn up the difficulty by increasing the speed. The AI will make largely the same decisions you just have less time to deal with it. Purely mechanics skill based.
There's a portrait of me in the attic that becomes less hostile and prettier.
Appreciated.
Please go take a long walk off a short pier. There's no point in trying to farm fake Internet points on CDW. If I find something that makes me laugh I like to share it so other people might laugh too. Take the stick out of your ass and you might not be such a miserable prick all the time.
Tennis for Two was created in 1958, 3 years earlier than the date on the meme. That's not relevant to the pic, but your fact isn't really relevant to the point of the joke either.
"My Profile" only has it posted once... Maybe comment both the links to the OP when it happens next time?
StarCraft knows. Sasha's a beast.
Does she still have the face of a potato peeler?
Two things in this world I cannot stand: Intolerance of other people's culture... and the Dutch.
Could you not limit bolts?
Thanks. Didn't know the backstory, found it already screencapped.
I just realized I'm not aware of a good common name for elite historical Chinese infantry. No hoplite or legionary or immortal or knight or samurai or viking or janissary or housecarls or etc. I know there's layers to those, but they're a decent enough term to picture who you're talking about.
Where had I heard that...
Oh, yeah. It was the Rubberbandits song Horse Outside.
"Giddy up now baby, bless my soul
I rode the fucker round a field back since he was a foal
He runs a bit like Shergar, and he jumps like Tír na nÓg
He looks like Billie Piper after half an ounce of coke
And the boys are lookin' jealous, as I lead yer one away
And just before I close the door I look at her and say
Would you be my girl, and she says I will of course
If ya grab me by the ponytail and ride me like a horse Ya!"
Yet, as far as jumping horses Tir Na Nog looked pretty average.

If you didn't hear the news: You can no longer say >3 slurs, including nigger, in a post before the post is shadowbanned.
He used the special protocol. "The Lovecraft Pass"
Your first mistake is listening to anything that drug wearing the skinsuit of a person says.
