I think step one is to get the internet autists digging to find out who and what these payment processors are. There are people operating these levers of power but they are currently a complete unknown. My kids share their games. My oldest was teasing my youngest over how many games he had that were considered NSFW. So we looked, and that label goes to anything above church material. Some of the games just had cuss words or a woman showing her nipples.
I would expect they fix how diverse the NSFW label is before doing this.
