The police shot Rodney Hinton Jr. Son in a an apparently justified shooting so he rammmed his car into the police officers cruiser and killed him. Black people on social media are now advocating for raising money for him.
The question is when does this stop
Yes, the car drove into the cop intentionally.
No he was just running from the cops with a gun, but that’s basically the same as being unarmed right?
Don't you know cars are autonomous
I've noted that for coverage for an incident that is an accident like the driver losing control, media will usually say a driver lost control. For intentional acts they pull the car did it bit.
Funny how guns kill people in the same way. Just it's presence causes death.
I think I see the problem.
I need to watch the video, but if he had a gun and was running into a building that wasn't his, it meets all the legal justifications to shoot him, whether he was firing or not.
The cops could try kneeling for BLM. Or they could try spending an entire summer standing on the sidelines with their thumbs up their asses while they watch packs of feral niggers burn down a few cities. I'm sure that would bring this to an immediate stop.
Doesn’t even surprise me. And these people are shocked at the negative perception that exists
What are you asking in terms of things stopping? Are you asking about funding of those on trial or funding based on skin color?
Both. At this point I'd rather the blacks gunning for a race war go ahead and be explicit about it and get it over with
Its interesting from a legal perspective. I assume the trial hasn't happened yet, so the conviction is yet to come. This means these donations aren't technically coming to a convicted murderer, so what legal mechanism would prevent this?
If the donation notes encourage him to kill, then maybe RICO laws apply?
The main problem is progressive white and Jewish Karen’s on SSRIs when it comes to these fund raisers. It’s not like black people are donating to help the blacks. It’s them.
An intelligent individual would care because this is a clear sign of an extreme breakdown of social cohesion
A lot of people have decided that a complete collapse of the system needs to happen before anything can get better, because the corruption is too deeply embedded.
I don't have any arguments to prove them wrong, either.
This story is confusing as fuck. So here, I think I cleared it up. The LA times is garbage.
Okay, cast of characters
The events in chronological order:

On this date, the initial Officer Involved Shooting took place. Here's the pertinent bodycam of the shooting of Ryan Hinton : https://www.youtube.com/live/3eJBQO-N-_I?si=JPPuFw0t31RkUxU9&t=527
It looks like the cops had "Jump Out Boys" which are basically higher tier police that aren't technically swat, but are explicitly meant for car theft, pursuits, and fugitive apprehension.
Basically, the block in and ambush a stolen car with 4 men jumping out of it and started running.
Ryan Hinton took off running while holding a Glock, tripped, the sound of the gun dropping was audible enough that it made several officers noticed it and called out that he had a gun. An officer ran ahead of Ryan Hinton chasing another suspect, behind him was two dumpsters, and behind that was Ryan Hinton. Officer One notices the gun, calls it out, and attempts to run ahead of Ryan Hinton. Ryan Hinton runs towards and past Officer One and towards the officer who was chasing another suspect. In an effort to protect the other officer, Officer One shoots Ryan Hinton killing him. Officer One claims Ryan Hinton raised the gun towards the officer who was chasing a different suspect.
These are typically justifiable shootings. Many times I have seen suspects attempting to ditch guns, then NOT ditching them by the time the police see them, which typically gets them shot. Whether they are 'raising' a gun or not is typically irrelevant, as it's still arguable that a man with a gun running towards you can still justify self-defense with lethal force.
This shooting hasn't been fully adjudicated yet, but it looks like it will be justified.

Larry Henderson was conducting traffic detail actions at the University of Cincinnati during graduation ceremony. Rodney Hinton Jr. drove into him and crashed into a tree, killing Larry Henderson.
I have seen no footage of this crash, nor bodycam of the response.
5/3
Rodney Henderson was given no bond, and is facing charges of Aggravated Murder for the killing of Larry Henderson. In a demonstration of solidarity, a large wall of police showed up to 'escort' Rodney Henderson Jr. Upon the denial of his bail, Rodney Henderson Jr. "mean mugged" the police on his way out. Video
5/4
Rodney Hinton Sr. Offered Condolences to the officer who was killed on 5/5. Also said he is praying for the officer that shot Ryan Hinton. He also said that he was not looking for revenge.

The National Police Association posted to Twitter that Rodney Henderson Jr.'s GoFundMe page is a violation of the company's policy.
As far as I can tell, these are the fundraisers. Please note I did not verify the authenticity of these fundraisers and their connections to any family or legal defense. It is entirely possible these are fraudulent.

Great organization. This shit was even more convoluted than I thought. At least Sr. has a soul.
It doesn't help that Jr is not the 18 year old that got shot, and all of this happened in 4 days.
Yeah I had to double take when I first read Jr. was the father today because yesterday I had assumed that was the son.
Crowdfunding these is actually great because now there's resources to target in a wrongful death suit.
I wouldn't call a shooting where the suspect was running away as justified.
Still holding the gun, coming out in front of a hiding place. https://youtu.be/1AoCNNtPerM
This is the bizarre wall we have to break through. It’s like society has been conditioned to endlessly sympathize with the criminal. “Well, he wasn’t pointing the gun at the cop”. As if life is a painting or movie you can pause and get all the details of before making a decision.
The cop doesn’t have complete clarity if the guy was pointing the gun or not, he just knew he was in a dangerous situation with someone armed and willing to break the fucking law. Even if he wasn’t pointing the gun how long would it have been for him to turn and take some shots at the cop or awkwardly fire off a couple rounds with even turning to face the cop completely?
If he has a gun, it’s justified. Cops aren’t waiting for someone to shoot at them. This isn’t like secret service where they wait until the shooter gets a shot off before engaging. /s
I would. Allowing an armed felon the opportunity to regroup is not justified, as it's an easy way to walk into an ambush or a hostage situation.
Context is king.
I know, its sad, that I dont trust the cops. To many times these fuckers have lied only for a bodycam to prove the opposite happened.
Fuck man I still think about that poor kid tamir rice, that shit made me super sad, just a 14 yo playing with a toy gun because his mom didnt want him playing with them at home, Truly fucking tragic.
I look at people man, I dont see the color of their skin. I seriously cant be the one of the few here like that lmao.
You are since blacks overwhelmingly commit crimes and the media blatantly sees colors and has yelled fuck whitey with increasing intensity for the past 30 years. Being colorblind isn’t some moral clarity or high road it’s burying your head in the sand.
I'd say klling a kid with a toy gun is burying your head in the sand too
It's not the color of the skin that makes them behave like niggers, it's the content of their character.
What's carrying a toy gun have to do with character?
I was responding to the last sentence, of "not seeing people by the color of their skin". I don't know the specifics of the Tamir Rice case to make any comments, but bodycam footage has shown the most police shooting incidents are 100% justified, even when the media made hysterical claims that they weren't. Don't behave like a feral animal and you'll be treated better.
You can look them up. The specifics are available. Something to check out if you want to hear another side to the story, and a one of many examples where the bodycam footage showed that the shooting was very clearly not justified.
If you'd like somewhere to start, check here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dw0EMLM1XRI
Nobody is fucking talking about that you dumb fucking moron. We are talking about a someone who stole a car and had a gun on them. We are talking about niggers higher rate of crime.
Well um some cops shot a kid with a toy gun once. Oh ok, who cares about blacks destroying every city they become the majority of then! Good point! Brilliant!
A group of nigger kidnapped a white guy and made him drink toilet water and the media didn’t care! Oh what’s that Ceva!? Cops shot a kid with a toy gun!! Well now that I know that I’ll just ignore everything else! Wow thanks Ceva!
Are you a bot or are you really this fucking stupid?
I agree! Is there any context that makes this killing justified?
Sure, there are justified reasons for shooting people in the back. I'm not informed enough of this shooting to call it justified or not. I'm just suggesting that your blanket statement is an absolute that shouldn't be an absolute
Then we agree
No, you said there was no justification for a shooting in the back. I said context is important
At no point did I say that.
Allowing an active shooter run rampant in a populated area is fucking retarded.
Was he an active shooter?
He committed a felony while armed and then fled while armed so yes it is legally and morally justified to shoot him
What was the felony?
That is infact worse. I had been seeing people reporting it being the same officer. This fuckwad killed the first officer he saw
Who was a retired deputy who came back to help direct traffic for a college graduation

No calls for extra-judicial killing.
So treat black people like black people treat them.
Its just so easy!
Bingo.

No calls for extra-judicial killing.
It wasn't, I was pointing out that when people are apathetic, they are less likely to restrain themselves in a self defence setting. If you don't care, why take a half measure?
I can see the argument, but considering the shit I'm seeing, your borderline position will be taken as support. I can't allow for people to start actually calling for violence, particularly en masse.

The number of calls to violence on this forum has been extremely high, so I'm not going to be purposely lenient with them. Do not even approach endorsing extra-judicial killings.
Just an FYI. The thing I listed was a specific form of capital punishment that was explicitly a judicial outcome. It's basically an extended death penalty.
Okay, well, then, at that point we're moving past Extra-Judicial murder, and into revolutionary courts and death squads because the court ordered the the deaths of innocent people. It's not extra-judicial murder, it's just revolutionary murder!
At that point, you're just calling for violent revolution and rationalized mass murder.
One of the original arguments from the oriental legalism the spawned the punishment, coming from the culture of the time, was that for serious criminals who were caught rather than turned in by family the family almost certainly knew and were sympathetic to their crimes, and enacting capital punishment on the criminal was highly likely to create a treasonous blood feud in the other family members against the government. So their punishment was immediately extended to their presumed sympathisers to cut off a cyclical disruption to the country's "harmony" by letting their resentment fester into inevitable reprisals. It was explicitly anti-revolutionary as well as judicial.
A father who sympathised with his son's desire to kill cops rather than accept the legal process, so much so that he immediately went out to extra judicially murder a random cop when his son was stopped is an example of the assumptions behind the familial punishment being proven right.
I didn't even say that it was the right choice, obviously morally a legal system should not rely on assumptions, even though practicality demands it in every legal system in the world. I just said that proving the assumptions right was how you get people agreeing with the concept.
"oriental legalism", so the idea of lethal punishment for family members to avoid starting a feud was a non-western punishment?
Yeah, like I said these are all specific historical terms with specific meanings. Mostly from the dynastic far east.
That shows it has absolutely nothing to do with western legal history. So yeah, you're calling for extra-judicial killings. Otherwise, you are calling for the revolutionary up-ending of all western legal tradition.
Fuck off, faggot.
I dont know what is up with all the racism lately here, but its funny how people always think they are 100% control in their actions.
Like the ghettos created by the cia and crack cocaine, or giving them tainted water (like michigan), were basically a mix of personal decisions and external environmental factors. Not all black people hate white people, but it certainly seems worse now that the media only focuses on that. Crazy to see you guys ripping that one dude because he doesnt want his son to become some idol in a racewar, when the murder likely had nothing to do with race. Thug culture is fucking terrible though and its sad that people seem to like rap which promotes all that bullshit.
People like MLK though were killed for a reason, they didnt preach about divide and hate, it was about coming together and loving your fellow man.
Cant have that shit, click.
And not all pedophiles rape kids. But you know, I feel like you wouldn't make quite so many excuses to let them have access to children like you do with negroes to whites.
I would never suggest blacks are in control of their own actions. Genetics makes them dysfunctional failures no matter where they live in large numbers on this earth. You can’t find a single successful black nation, you won’t find a single black community that has lower crime rates than Whites, it doesn’t matter if they live here, England, or in their own nations in Africa, they just don’t have the ability to succeed as a group. Obviously there are a couple outliers who might have a 100+ IQ, who aren’t violent shitbags, and are actually capable of understanding the consequences of their own actions before they do something, but those are the outliers, so the vast majority of them will always be a problem.
Yup, racial eugenics is the only way humans will ever prosper and reach the full potential of their productive ingenuity.
But that's not a discussion people are willing to have.
Truth is, it doesn’t matter what programs are set up to advantage blacks. Throw a trillion dollars into a special education program for black youths, and nothing will change. No amount of money or help will fix problems that are rooted in genetics. I know boomers have a tough time accepting reality, but we aren’t “one race, the human race”. What we call race, is what science would typically refer to as a series of subspecies in any other type of animal.. Science doesn’t address humans the same way because science is often guided by moneyed interests and political correctness. If scientists referred to each race as a subspecies, that would lead people to ask valid questions about the other differences between the subspecies, making it a lot harder to sell the lie that every race and culture is interchangeable, when nothing could be further from the truth. Environment plays far less of a role in determining intelligence, behavior, physicality, etc, than genetics do.

Do not assert that other races are too inferior to understand abstract concepts like justice.
