Truth is, it doesn’t matter what programs are set up to advantage blacks. Throw a trillion dollars into a special education program for black youths, and nothing will change. No amount of money or help will fix problems that are rooted in genetics. I know boomers have a tough time accepting reality, but we aren’t “one race, the human race”. What we call race, is what science would typically refer to as a series of subspecies in any other type of animal.. Science doesn’t address humans the same way because science is often guided by moneyed interests and political correctness. If scientists referred to each race as a subspecies, that would lead people to ask valid questions about the other differences between the subspecies, making it a lot harder to sell the lie that every race and culture is interchangeable, when nothing could be further from the truth. Environment plays far less of a role in determining intelligence, behavior, physicality, etc, than genetics do.
