Found incompetent to stand trial.

That doesn't mean what you think it means.

It means she's been declared a ward of the state. That's life. Slightly better than prison, but not by much. There's no statute of limitations on crimes that end in "not competent". You go a mental facility until you either die or recover enough to stand trial.

Won't it be released in a year or two due to "overcrowding"?

Nope. There's been no sentence so there's no release date to shorten.

Trust me on this, I know from family experience. Declared mentally unfit to stand trial is quite frankly the worst hell in the first world. It doesn't end. Ever.

I will bet your family is white. The rules are different for them. This useless nigger will be back on the streets before you know it. She can't do the bidding of her masters inside a loony bin.

I assure you she won't.

When a person is declared a ward of the state, some bureaucratic things happen to your identity. You can't get a drivers license. You can't open a bank account. You can't get a credit card. You can't open an insurance policy. Can't buy a car. Can't hold real property.

Your rights evaporate. You are a child. The property of the state until either the state finds you competent to be a legal adult again, or you die.

That is what "ward of the state" means.

A prisoner has more rights than a ward. A prisoner can demand to speak to their lawyer, and subject to visiting hours, has the right to do so. A ward can scream about a lawyer 24-7-365 and the state can ignore them.

I am familiar with how it is supposed to work. You are assuming the state wants to protect us from them. They don't. Every other institution has been corrupted. Why would this one be any different?

This is still the government. The same one that is actively trying to wipe us out and replace us. If you trust them, you are a fool.

The reason u/ModsAreAIDS is arguing with you on this is that last year, there was a high-profile case in which a juvenile was declared incompetent to stand trial after two armed robberies, and then let go, after which point he shot someone else in the head.

https://www.kare11.com/article/news/investigations/juvenile-justice/kare-11-investigates-legislators-fail-legislative-juvenile-gap-reforms/89-c0b818bf-2f10-420f-bfbd-8eef5d9d32d1

It looks like this is specific to Minnesota law and specific to juveniles:

Since the law requires cases to be suspended – even when they involve violent crimes – judges can’t order juveniles to be held in detention or released under law enforcement. Judges’ hands are also tied in these cases because they have no authority to order children to get treatment to restore them to competence. Even if they did have that power, there are no competency restoration programs in Minnesota tailored to juveniles.

But you might see why others are worried that "ward of the state" isn't as permanent as in your experience, given that it's already happened once.

It's paranoia, or a cynicism so deep it might as well be. There are lots of black-pilled people here, and I can understand why.

I appreciate your experience on this and don't disagree with your premise, but you are thinking that these people do all the things you listed.

You and I live life the way we are supposed to, we participate in society, we follow laws and regulations because it is incredibly annoying to not do that.

Not everyone does that, many people don't own property, or have a credit card, or have a bank account. Many people that aren't supposed to have them, do have them (illegals, criminals, etc), because other people create loopholes to get around the normal process for all these things.

I'm not claiming to know for certain one way or the other, but this is not the death sentence you claim for people who don't follow the rules of society, I think at least.

I know what you speak of. If you're considered criminally insane, you'll likely never leave the mental facility. If the doctors figure out you cheated and thought this would be an easy out, they will consider you insane for doing it, with a sardonic smile.

Agreed, this is probably a worse sentence than life in prison. When you compare life in prison for most lifers; they get their own wing and basically hang out doing menial things until dead.

In a mental health hospital, if you aren't neglected to be left in your own filth, you can expect to be basically strapped down and injected with drugs in order to control your behavior 24/7.

People testing the mental health system by checking themselves into it as mentally healthy people, have been basically made crazy by the level of abuse, control, and gas lighting.

I've thought about going on a schizo rant about this, but here's the summery; Priests, jokes aside, aren't exactly stupid people. And I think they know that the largest threat to any stable society is young adult men with nothing to loose, so the majority of their teachings are built around 'gentling' them(read: neuter.)

This has had a lot of unintended consequences.

if you want things to change, the first and most important thing the general populace needs to learn is that the vote is bullshit. no matter how much we stammer and show proof, the media gaslight machine will convince them otherwise.

the steal has to be so obvious that the normies can't ignore it. for that to happen, Trump needs to win in a landslide, only for that landslide to be reversed at the last second. the reversal needs to be at least twice as big as what we saw in 2020.

Looking into this particular case, since it happened very quickly...

The STATE'S psychiatrist (ie, the one working FOR the prosecution) must have been like "oh yeah, she's nuts". When the defense says the client is crazy, AND the state agrees they're crazy, from the judge's perspective it's pretty much automatic.

I think if she stabbed a black child she'd be in jail. If she was a white woman she'd be in jail. I think this prevents a trial with all the racial overtones put on display. Can't have the crackers getting all uppity.

If she is ever "restored to competency" then she will stand trial. Lori Vallow who killed her own kids was deemed incompetent at first, yet she was still sentenced to life in prison eventually.

Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge John Russo issued the ruling Friday. He said Bionca Ellis, 33, of Cleveland, will remain hospitalized indefinitely and could eventually stand trial if she improves.

On May 12, 2023, Lori was found guilty of all charges related to the killings of her children and Tammy Daybell;[16] on July 31, she was sentenced to life in prison with no possibility of parole.[17] On May 30, 2024, Chad was also found guilty of all charges.[18] On June 1, he was sentenced to death.
