This world IS the punishment.
It’s disgusting to see how many other medical professionals are willing to take money from people who should be in mental asylums. Instead they’ll smile and say “sure, I’ll chop your balls off for $40,000!”
Don’t even get me started on the ones who work on transitioning kids. Those people need to be taken out back and put down for good
Medical people are arrogant, prideful and in some cases, pure evil.

The most depraved shit imaginable in any war or civilization is usually done by doctors or their equivalent. Just to be a surgeon you have to be more than willing to violate somebody else's bodily autonomy, and that's for a morally just surgeon.
I do think there are different types of evil, and that the worst kind is that which violates your bodily autonomy without your consent. You can deny my right to speech, to arms, etc. all you want but at least I still have my body. The second you start hacking limbs off, etc. you have reached a new low.
That's your $40K. This is driving up insurance premiums.

They make them in different sizes. A few years ago a guy in my home town was killed after being pulled into a large commercial wood chipper.
Just about any commercial-grade power tool will make short work of a human being.
My mere 3" customer-grade chipper would have been woefully inadequate for commie-disposal.
