This could just as easily be described as a partisan attack on the military to force recruitment of unqualified, biased demographics.
Or it could be described mostly neutrally as "see it as a minefield given the state of discussions about race in the country."

Underfunded public education system is the biggest joke of all. Local government just loves throwing millions of taxpayer dollars at government indoctrination centers year after year. My local district (small-ish town in red state) has a budget of 200 million dollars.

I found that funniest of all since the "join the army to get an education" is a bit of a trope, or "Kansas boys only join because they have no other opportunity"

BUT if the trend continues in a couple decades we have a standing army of coloreds, and a white race with no practical ability to project force. This is only good if the white kids who would have gone into the military are going into militias, police, or other organized armed systems instead.

On one hand, I bet a lot of the would be recruits have realized this administration hates them and isn't worth fighting for.
On the other hand I bet there has been an uptick in the percentage of non whites because the military has basically become a jobs program for young men with nowhere else to go.

because you don't get proper paid military training in a cartel that's why it's military to cartel and now you have less of your people getting trained up and the military being filled with the diverse instead.
It sounds as though blacks & Latinos have indeed been comprising a bigger % of the new recruits, but only because the white men's % has been going down, not because any more of them are actually enlisting than in previous years.

Mostly due to documentation. We live in a legal paperwork world. Those that complain to the doctors will have evidence of complaints. Those that push through injury to perform generally won't report their injuries as much.
