If it is a "nigga" mass shooting, their reaction is "wut" when the event is reported by the mass media.
Six people died and we're going to be hearing about it every day for the next two years, minimum.
Don't get me wrong, mass shooters are the lowest of scum and I'd happily commit crimes against nature, humanity, and God himself if anyone ever even thought about killing my kid. But kids die tragic, preventable deaths literally every day in this country and nobody cares until it can be used as a political cudgel.

Meh, I was in elementary school, and I remember 9/11 vividly. I didn't understand the ramifications of it, of course. But it was all over the news. I remember my dad being home from work when I got out of school, which was highly unusual. I remember watching the news playing the plane hitting the second tower on loop. I remember learning who Osama bin Laden was for the first time and worrying that we were going to war.
