The underlying motivation of CRT is to provide an out for racist white liberals to continue their racist actions while, at the same time, acting like they are the only non-racists (anti-racists) and lording it over everyone else.
I have no inside evidence but I posit that the BBC, while putting out woke crap and acting like the sun shines out their ass, is actually treating their black employees like crap because they hate them.
