Companies seen to be pro ‘this bullshit’ are rated higher and more investable by review boards. All of this is also still riding the good vibes wave from the civil rights movement where we decided we didn’t really care if guys and girls wanted to suck dick and eat bush, respectively. Then places like China and elsewhere try to push it because they know it’s retarded.

It has nothing to do with self-awareness. This is a demoralization/humiliation ritual. The goal is to force normal people to adopt an obviously insane ideology against their will. When you have been forced to accept that up is down, you will be capable of accepting anything.
Enough to go your entire life as a man, surrounded by people who treat you like a man, but not realise you are a man.
Not only that, I've been noticing that a LOT of these old creepy ogres with beer guts and hairy chests stuffed in dresses have families - at least a wife, often children as well.
Imagine being a teenager and this fucking thing coming to a parent-teacher meeting. The thought alone is suicide-inducing. And then you start wondering about what these porn-crazed narcissists do to them at home...
My line of work has forced me to interact with a handful of trannies on a few occasions. The one thing they all have in common is a penchant for highly sexualized attire in extremely inappropriate situations like work or school. They love to wear hooker boots, fishnet, mesh, leather and vinyl, miniskirts, low cut tops, etc. Stuff that would not be tolerated if worn by real women in similar circumstances.
It's a funny thing, too; when the company does not object to a tranny dressing like a hooker at work, they are tacitly admitting that no one will actually find the freak distractingly sexy. In fact, people will be more likely to keep their heads down and buried in their work because no one wants to look at the grotesque wannabe skank.

This looks as if they accidentally picked someone anti-lgbt to arrange the exhibit and that person went out of their way to make the whole arrangement look as absurd and old-school stereotypical as possible. It's like something you'd put next to a "celebrating LGBT recognition in rock" mural that plays Dude Looks Like a Lady on repeat.
It's probably 100% serious but I like to think we have some corporate infiltrators out there.
Edit: Maybe Claire had a hand in this and that it's their way as coming out as "single and ready to mingle".
