I did a search for something crazy like "upcoming PS5 games" yesterday in one of my rants about consoles. Pretty much everything that came up was dyke, pedo, or furry. It's sad when fattened up Aloy from Horizon is one of the better looking main characters of the bunch.
PS5 people even miss out on the backwards compatibility. I think I have 75% of the OG Xbox games that are compatible. They look stunning for their age when running in 4K. I'll probably play through KOTOR 2 this fall.

The gameplay itself is good, as are the environments and (somewhat unexpectedly) the writing for a lot of the stuff that isn't the main quests, so I doubt Gearbox made any less than they expected on it, but as long as Pitchford owns the studio I can't imagine the series improving on the plot/writing. If they hadn't managed to hit it big with the first two games the studio would be shuttered by now, as basically everything else they've worked on (as far as I'm aware) has been a moderate success at best.
At this point accepting Epic's money is the same as them admitting they think the game is crap. If they thought their game was good enough to sell well on its own, then they would try to sell it on its own merits rather than needing guaranteed money upfront.
At least with small-time indies, especially with those releasing their first game, it's kind of understandable to make this deal with the Devil since it means you're getting what looks like a good chunk of cash up front. But for an established brand with a fanbase in the millions, it's just pathetic. You should understand at that point that Epic needs you a lot more than you need Epic. Unless you know something that you're not telling anyone of course.
It would be like movie studios paying cinemas NOT TO ALLOW anyone to watch their movies. Sure they get 'ticket money' up front, but also no one enjoys the movie, or goes to the sequel.
Both Troy Baker and Laura Bailey have been the "main" protagonist voices since SR3 so the franchise was always putting prominent VAs in both sexes, and even then customisation was always a thing to the point that SR 2 has a throw in the away line at the start about your appearance possibly being different because at the end of SR you get blown up and lie in a bandage wrapped coma until the second game.
