5K for what amounts to bragging rights and "Look at me!" dickie-waving on a Communist-adjacent website?

Sometimes problems just sort themselves out.

Facts. Working as intended.

Not familiar with use of force in Wisconsin, but in Texas someone swinging a skateboard at your dome is a Lethal Force encounter (Texas Penal Code 9.32, 22.01)

A skateboard or other blunt force trauma is responsible for more deaths than the AR boogeyman or pistols.

Clean shoot, all day, every day.

305 Individual counts for the Non-Binary Otherkin?

Need to check the online sportsbooks for the Over/Under on its impending Arkancide or "Prison Accident". No way The Powers that Be let ZeZimZer testify in open court or anywhere near a microphone.

They have the "Inclusion" Beer Project with Roses on the banner. Doesn't scream tasty craft beer to me. Call me a judgemental P if ya like, but the branding alone would keep me away from that crap show, without even having to read the rest.

Maybe focus on the beer more than the virtue-signal? Just a thought...

  1. She is also horrible on immigration. She may have left the "Democrat" party but she is still in the Uni-party as far as I am concerned.

While I would have liked him to get more time in the grey bar hotel as justice for the harm he caused, it is a felony collar with felony probation afterward.

This means he can't vote, democrat or otherwise (until he dies and auto-enrolls as a democrat).

Jussie will not be able to legally carry/own a firearm. He lives in Chiraq which means legal guns barely exist, but it is technically an entanglement.

Jussie will not be able to hold public office, barring some sort of carve-out, which based on current levels of corruption is possible.

While I do not view a paltry 150 days as justice, there are consequences beyond the time in the can.

If one chooses not to partake in the Experimental, EUA Gene-therapy, there is a 0% chance of clotting, pericarditis, or myocarditis from the Experimental, EUA Gene-therapy.

I love this part of the EO:

WHEREAS, I am adding this issue to the agenda for the Third Called Session of the legislature that is currently convened so that the legislature has the opportunity to consider this issue through legislation;

EO now, get the bitch codified and let Jao Bai Den cope.

Yes. I won't tell other people what to do, but I advise clients to shut that face recognition off, stat. Too easy to compromise.

The fingerprint reader, while convenient could be considered an issue. It is a risk but a measured one that is easier to manage than facial recognition. Don't get pass-out drunk and let people have your phone.

Powering down and forcing a Passcode/Pattern to startup is the best bet as I see it today. So far courts have not compelled many Citizens to unlock their phones. I don't envision a traffic stop getting to that level.

I have put dashcams (interior/exterior) in all of our vehicles, both due to LEO interaction as well as being an LTC holder. In the event of a Law Enforcement encounter, I power off my phone as soon as I can do so safely without presenting as "reaching".

A powered down/rebooted phone cannot be unlocked via BIometrics the first time it starts. This prevents someone from using a fingerprint or facial recognition (suggestion: shut that shit off!) to unlock your phone against your will so as to extract information. I highly suggest turning encryption ON to make it harder for someone to obtain your data.

In the current climate, I would also file an immediate FOIA request or similar action in your local jurisdiction for bodycam footage on even a "routine" traffic stop.

Blue isn't necessarily the "bad guy" but we are in tough times right now.

Your Mission or Your Oath; Make your choice, son.

Danny Red Flag Cringeshaw has let the mask slip on more than one occasion. His desire to confiscate property and unilaterally decide what Constitutional Rights the Citizenry may leverage on any given day should have his input on any topics of substance be on automatic /ignore.

His ties to the World Economic Forum should also give people pause in my estimation.

His honorable service notwithstanding, this man is an embarrassment to The Great State of Texas. He is a John McCain starter kit.

Real 15 days to flatten the curve has never been tried is the new "real Socialism has never been tried."

The same bunch pushing the same nonsense, go figure.

Whatever happens to the Epic Malware store they have coming. Selling out to the CCP and trying to implement exclusivity schemes should be punished and not rewarded, IMO.

Watching lefties twist themselves into quasi-intellectual pretzels trying to defend a mentally ill man actually raping his Mother is almost as sick as the crime itself.

Maybe notch a win or two against school boys under the age of 15 before banging the oppression drums for a contract you willingly signed? Just a thought.

Fact is the sport doesn't generate revenue and as other sites/stories have pointed out, the USWNT earns a higher percentage of revenues than their male counterparts. The revenues are terrible because they don't draw fans in the stands. I can't imagine why...

I pulled my child from Government School after the Orwellian response to the China Virus and some of the CRT nonsense that has even penetrated Texas schools.

Mercifully for Parents and Kids that are still in, Our Governor inked an EO which fines any Schools/Officials that require masks for Teachers, Students, or Visitors. I would rather it was codified into law, but that EO is a good start, very Desantis-like in its application.

Those FOIA requests don't get released unless someone in the C-suite wants them to get out. Someone has had enough of Tony's act. The coming days should be interesting.

Completely agree. The Texas Legislature only meets every 2 years for a limited period of time to put restraints on runaway legislation and the "permanent deep state".

(Edit - meant to add) -- The current session expires on 5/31. I do not believe that legislation pertaining to this EO can make it to the floors of the House and Senate in time for passage.

Historically Governors will call an emergency session immediately after the scheduled session closes with a specific agenda outlined for consideration. It is my hope that this EO and GA-35 (no vaccine passports) can be codified into law during an Emergency Session.

Facebook must be a bigger shithole than I remember if their core user base can actually chase off the unwashed wokies that infest a Hipsterbucks.

These animal abusing degenerates should be deprived of something, like say, oxygen since they seem to get off on deprivation.
