None of that's necessary to stop an active shooter. 'yOu'rE jUst a lOoT DROp' is fallacious reasoning when we've plenty of examples where someone has taken out an aggressor with just a sidearm of your choice.

Never mind Rittenhouse fending off an entire mob with just a basic-bitch AR and a sling.

But, I suppose the argument works when you're operating in a bubble and know nothing about any of the above. Funny, that.

There is a solid block of women that play up the 'I'm a strong independent women, hear me roar!' when, in truth, they've been taken care of by men for their entire lives.

So they're going to obviously push back on anything that requires they take some responsibility for their actions.

You'd think actual, practicing martial artists would know damn well how reality works out when you put men up against women.

Which probably suggests to me two things; either they're complete and utter LARPers in the worst way and don't really stress-test, women are so rare in thier hobby that it never gets put to the test, or they're just simping heavily.

It's a coin-flip either way, but I'd probably pick a combo of the last two.

And the only reason she's alive right now is because her ancestors were one of the few lucky ones to end up in America.

Rather than, say, Central/South America. Or the Middle East. She wouldn't be saying much of anything, because her ancestors would be dead.

Say 'Thank you', Nina.

Remember kids; Out of all the slaves taken out of africa, only 3 to 6 percent actually made it to America! The rest? Well...

My favorite was all the gun reddits.

Why? Because the users basically said 'You stupid motherfuckers, reddit wants to ban us given any excuse ALREADY, and you basically went ahead and gave them what they wanted!?'

Funny enough, atleast one subreddit apologized and admitted they were doing a dum-dum, so there's that. Though, weirdly enough, I can't help but feel that the posting habits are... off... for some strange reason after a week or two of being private.

Milsurp is still down, though. Fucking retards.

Yeap.

I look at it this way. If I'm hiring someone, any random(white) sclub off the street - if he's reasonably okay, might have some rough edges around him, might need some time to get trained up, and that's fine. Cause if he's a complete and utter fuckup, I can kick him out and no one's going to bat an eye because no one cares. I can take the risk, because the risk overall is rather minimal.

Reasonably well put-together black guy - might not know his stuff, but looks to be trainable in his role. Alright - but what if he can't be trained? What if the mask slips, and he's abrasive toward other people? What if he refuses to learn? And if I have to get rid of him, what then? Is this going to blow up in my face with accusations of racism - or, even worse, I won't be able to get rid of him until I have undeniable proof to show others that, yes, he's a complete screwup that can't do his job. Sorry about the project that's on fire, that's just the price you pay to prove a point. High risk, medium-ish reward.

I'll take the guy whom I can throw out on his ass any day of the week versus the other guy who might devolve into a screaming clusterfuck if he turns out to be useless.

The law of unintended consequences cannot be denied.

It's been a while since I've had to work in tech(thankfully), but I've seen atleast one instance of an absolute fuckup of a computer technician who was - yeap, you guessed it - black.

She was, arguably, not even the bare-minimum competent, and I got called in to fix her mistakes a few times.

There we even occasions where my boss had me do her job for her in specific situations that were sensitive due to old-fashioned-political reasons, and they needed someone whom could actually do the fucking job.

This is where some of the really harmful stuff comes up - when people see this person, doing a job and fucking it up alot, the question becomes 'Why haven't we gotten rid of them?'

I'm sure alot of the more innocent ask this question with honest confusion, only to receive a thousand-yard stare from their elders before the matter is quietly dropped. No one wants to say it, but everyone knows the reason: They're black, and if they're gotten rid of for incompetency, they'll scream bloody murder about racism and everyone will believe them, because racists, or something.

Simple solution: Just don't deal with the problem to start with. So when it comes time to seriously hire people, or who you're going to work with, guess who's going to get quietly shoved aside because the juice isn't worth the squeeze?

And so it goes...

I know this is a joke, but I'm reminded of the various polls people have done re: racial percentages in the American population.

If the same people spouting this are the same ones whom think blacks make up 30/40/50% of the population, they might honestly believe it.

He's a democrat, so this is just blatant pandering to his base.

RFK Jr is such a diverse mélange of things he supports that it's kind of amazing to watch.

It's almost a pity I don't follow liberal echo-chambers, as I'm slightly curious what the horde of NPCs think about it. Probably mumble something about 'anti-vaccine' before stumbling on their way, or something.

The true value in attending colleges like Harvard has nothing to do with education and everything to do with the connections you can make while there.

People look at Harvard graduates being successful and making bank and assume it's due to intelligence, when they're just seeing blatant nepotism in action.

Answer: Women.

...I mean, that should be all I have to say, really.

(Addendum: Jesus Christ, I need to lay off sounding like the Imp, seriously...)

Apex fallacy. Those 1 to 10 percent of men these women are paying attention to are the only ones they actually notice - the rest of men are basically invisible to them, so they never take them into account.

To use a spicy comparison, it's why alot of FtM trannies tend to collide head-first with reality when suddenly the metaphorical shoe is on the other foot - they expected to be treated like that top 10 percent because the top ten percent where the only men they ever paid attention to. Only to find that no one gives a shit about them any more and they're basically invisible to society at large.

People adore bringing out that one statistical outlier they know - the fat/ugly guy that somehow slays with women and/or has a good relationship.

  1. They're either lying, or
  2. they're ignoring the fact that said guy likely has a metric shitton of social skills to counteract the fact that they're lacking in other departments.

Meeting people is good for polishing social skills, because it's a skill, and skills can be learned, but people rarely phrase it that way - they push it as a cure-all to try and play the odds.

For all the hate Boomer Cuckservatives get, there's just as many Zoomer Cuckservatives more than willing to fall all over themselves and blurt out some nonsense about 'eVerYone shOuLD BE ArMeD' when the topic of armed gays comes up.

Yeah, no, I'm not going to celebrate people whom want me dead talking about kitting up.

...granted, that could be just reddit.

I'm beginning to wish that all those left-driven assassination attempts were, y'know... attempted by people with more actual skill.

If GOP politicians started dropping like flies, who knows what would happen...

I've been told that California actually has one of the largest number of sex offenders in the country.

So this sounds about right for them.

As someone who read a lot of Robert D Ballard books regarding his explorations and whatnot as a kid(and all the risk involved), just seeing this clusterfuck makes my balls retreat into my torso.

Anyone whom would willingly get into that coffin deserves what they got.

Same as it ever was.

Remember kids; Journalists helped get us into WW1. And the Spanish-American War. And the Civil War, now that I stop to think about it.

Journalists should be seen in the same regards as meth-heads and prostitutes. Yet, here we are...

Which is utter bull if you stop and think about it for a moment.

The majority of what most people think of as 'southern food' is basically derived from French and Spanish cuisine adapted to the environment as a whole.

Just when I think liberals have tapped out their utter, overwhelming black worship, they surprise me yet again.

See, this is the part that pisses me off the most; where I live(unlike the 99.99% of reddit and twitter faggots), blacks aren't exactly uncommon. I've interacted with them, dealt with them, and yeah - there are a number that are fairly obnoxious and full of themselves, but I've also worked with those that are, y'know, no worse or better than some other assholes I've dealt with.

Up until friday, I would have qualified the lady in question as falling in the latter category.

Nope. Can't do that any more. Previous assumptions thrown out the window - time to do some re-evaluation.

Personally, I'm not a fan of pepper spray, but other considerations might be in the cards. Yeesh.

I actually do have a problem with people celebrating this holiday, and I'll tell you why; I've got a coworker that's going full-on celebration for it, including running down to Galveston TX.

While she was going on about this, she mentioned 'and this is why I don't celebrate the 4th of July'.

While I'm not going to get into an argument about this at work(I wasn't even part of the conversation, just listening in, because fuck getting into that mud pit), that remark both stuck with me and pissed me off to a severe degree.

Yeah. I've gotten to the point that I consider these people foreigners in my country. They will always, always, always consider themselves black and American a very distant second(if at that).

There's a longer rant involved, but that statement alone has basically made me wash my hands of all of this. I'm done. Fuck this shit.
