It also forces people who paid for their own college and worked full time jobs while being full time students to pay for those who either wasted their money on dumb degrees with no prospect of future pay or wasted their time spending 10 years on a 4 year degree.
It’s to buy the votes of those with college debt who were beginning to notice every policy the Dems implemented greatly cost them more money. And they are not smart enough to realize that this is going to worsen inflation and the overall cost of education.
I’ve seen 2 people I know in real life excited for LoTR. One is the type easily impressed by bad cgi. So he’s the perfect mark for the show. The other has built his whole personality about liking “nerd stuff.” The type of person who can not understand how anyone could dislike anything marvel after infinity war, or any Disney Star Wars.
Embracer is the parent company of the parent company of the parent company of volition (yes 3 layers of subsidiaries) ….. so they green-lit the train wreck that is the new saints row…. So if they aren’t woke they aren’t paying attention to the quality of their products.
Like if the union was organized exclusively by people working at the place unionizing it has a better chance of not being corrupt in the short term. But eventually someone is going to win a rep election based on popularity and be one of the most corrupt people there. It’s something that should be dissolved frequently. But if the company is so badly managed that the only way for fair wages and safe working conditions can be guaranteed by the entire staff threatening to quit there are some serious other problems
It might be safer not to show where the creators line up politically at all. Just make a new mod site and grow organically. No point on painting a target on yourself and ending up like Parler. Once you dominate the space then you can do stupid stuff like taking a political stand with a game moding website.
The problem is they have set things up to where making an alternative requires an alternative everything. Alternative banks, alternative web host, alternative isp, search engine, payment processors, etc. And you can bet if you are successful and set up successful enough alternatives to run the business you initially started out to run, they will do whatever they can to sick the state after you looking for any error in tax filings or anything at all to shut you down. Setting up an alternative is even more difficult than it sounds.
Honestly the few mods that I had previously went there for now recommended going to their own site to get them because of some other issues they were having with nexus. And those mods aren’t even being targeted for politics as far as I know.
The problem with unions are those that typically organize a union are almost never actually interested in working for the employees to get a more fair deal. They then also end up protecting bad employees making firing an awful employee difficult and expensive. Making a union a leach both on the employees and the company that employees them. If you could guarantee that union leadership was ran by moral people chances are things would be fine, strikes would be rare, and pay/ working conditions would be fair. Unfortunately you can’t guarantee it and it also can create an attitude of “my union rep will get me out of doing something” despite it being in the contract.
A skilled employees best option if they aren’t happy with their pay or working condition is to bring it up with management, and if nothing is done do the difficult task of finding new employment.
Wow…. That seams incredibly lame. It’s not real. It’s one thing for children to be excited about interacting with theme park characters… you are an adult. That experience should not illicit an emotional response. Especially since policy wise rage for the machine would be pro empire.
Tax cuts are not a cost. They are not stealing as much of the money of the citizens.
