I'll admit most personal umbrellas are more compact. You can also see there's a looped strap of some sort that a typical umbrella either doesn't have or if it does have it it's at the end of the handle and not in the middle. Maybe it's part of the wrap but the umbrella is already closed and wrapped up so what is it? But regardless, it's also clearly not a rifle even in the video.
