Normally I would call this petty, but after seeing it used against those South Africans I say....it's fine.

So like a snake who eats its body weight in one meal and then doesn’t eat for awhile?

To be fair; school home ec didn't teach her proper nutrition. She has no family doctor who can do this for her, her Mother didn't know any better, and all the experts are liars.

Tips:

  • Consume cod liver oil, or liver.
  • Some cruciferous vegetables on a daily bases.
  • Fruit oils or animal fats, not seed oils.
  • Animal based proteins.
  • No whole grains or wheat.
  • Limit all sugars.

Limit all sugars

that last one is what most people really need. cutting soda alone leads to tremendous health gains.

EDIT: this includes cutting so-called diet soda. artificial sweeteners of any kind are just as bad for you, if not worse in some areas. the only sugar you consume should be real sugar that occurs naturally in the food to eat. no added sugar no processed sugar.

They've convinced people that molasses is the waste product from white sugar, when in fact it is white sugar that is the waste product from molasses.

Yes, but also...

TOXICITY causes more fat gain than overeating.

CICO is king. Energy cannot be created nor destroyed, only changed in form.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 3 ▼
– Horrux 3 points 1 year ago +3 / -0

True and false. This is a humongous oversimplification.<

Although CICO was the rule, it is now the exception. What changed? Most people became unhealthy, and in imperfectly healthy people, that "rule" ceases to apply. Here's how:

Anybody with gut disbiosis, leaky gut, gluten intolerance, IBS, or SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth) - to name only those - has a problem with the CREATION of toxins from the very food that one eats - even the purest of organic/natural/free range/pasture-raised/grassfed/you name it - foods.

These toxins eventually overwhelm the liver, who can't process them. Then the body has no choice: either 1) let the poisons destroy the vital organs, or 2) accumulate said poisons for later processing. There's only one place to store toxins where they won't damage vital organs: fatty tissue.

Obviously #2 is preferrable, so the priority assigned to the maintenance of fatty tissue goes from "excess calories once every little maintenance and repair detail is taken care of" to "X calories immediately after beating the heart, exchanging oxygen and running the most critical processes of the vital organs".

Say you need 200 calories for beating the heart, exchanging oxygen and running the most critical processes of the vital organs. Then in that second equation, the 201th calorie goes to fat. Checkmate healthy weight.

Are we learning yet.

REMEMBER: The CIA's mission is to ensure that EVERYTHING PEOPLE BELIEVE IS FALSE.

It isn't false or an oversimplification. None of your woo can violate the laws of thermodynamics. That's why they are called laws instead of theories. Energy cannot be created or destroyed anywhere ever. Our entire understanding of the universe is based on this.

My "woo" is how the laws of thermodynamics remain fully respected and how somebody can become obese without overeating once.

It is an oversimplification. If your body prioritizes the maintenance of fatty tissue from the 201th calorie you eat each day, and eating less than 200 means death, how do you lose it?

CAN YOU DO ARITHMETIC? Or are you holding on for dear life to the CIA's brainwashing?

Listen, I used to believe the same BS you do. I also used to have a spectacular physique as a bodybuilder. I kept wondering why fatties didn't fix themselves.

And then I got health issues and now I'm a fatty.

Your demented beliefs would have you assume that from being a high level athlete, I have become lazy for no reason, and also that I went from dietary perfection, to gorging on shit food all day, just to look at the mirror and see a revolting fatty.

What can I tell you? YOU ARE WRONG.

Burn the calorie, or don't intake it, then.

You can't read, can you.

You are holding on to CIA-dictated beliefs in fairy tales rather than facing reality, because your misconceptions comfort you. Got it.

Toxicity from poor nutrition*, which is what I am addressing.

Poor diet > Poor health > Toxicity > Weight gain.

Example: Whole Wheat:

  • Contains a Super Starch – amylopectin A that is super fattening.
    • Contains a form of Super Gluten that is inflammatory.

It's much much more subtle than that. Take sucralose for example, a beautiful and fantastic zero-calorie sweetener that can help you lose weight.

Amirite?

Except its consumption will change the gut microbiome, eventually resulting in disbiosis, leaky gut, gluten intolerance, IBS, and SIBO.

Each of these conditions results in the CREATION of toxins from the very food that one eats - even the purest of organic/natural/free range/pasture-raised/grassfed/you name it - foods.

These toxins eventually overwhelm the liver, who can't process them. Then the body has no choice: either 1) let the poisons destroy the vital organs, or 2) accumulate said poisons for later processing. There's only one place to store toxins where they won't damage vital organs: fatty tissue.

school home ec didn't teach her proper nutrition. She has no family doctor who can do this for her, her Mother didn't know any better, and all the experts are liars.

This implies a full dependent person who lacks any amount of agency, and can only act when given things with no ability to seek out or make changes for themselves.

Even the largest retards can probably put two and two of "me becoming fat, what me do not work" without an external guide helping them.

Plenty of us also never had those resources and figured it out pretty fine.

Its only "being fair" if those are significant factors in an adult woman not knowing how to eat to avoid extreme morbid obesity.

This isn't a moderately chunky person who is keeping weight on due to minor details that might need to be taught. Its a giant balloon who can only maintain that size with consistent and heavy effort, short of a highly unlikely medical disorder.

There is no fairness to give, its just making excuses. You can literally do almost none of what you said and not end up anywhere near that size.
