Most of this comment is tantamount to “leftists are the real fascists”, which is about as useful and effective as “democrats are the real racists”.
It is better to identify “fascism” as an invalid accusation used almost exclusively by leftists to pathologize and prevent any behavior that stands in the way of leftism.
This list of “features of fascism” is very similar to Umberto’s, and that was already a thinly veiled attack on any form of nationalism. Of course globalists subscribe to such ideas.
Fascism is a very specific political ideology with specific political platforms. The fact that it's become a catch-all for all forms of totalitarian styles of government is exhausting.

No Fascist nor National Socialist ever reduced the power of unions. They exploded the power of unions by making them into full blown national unions, and each subordinate trade union was a part of. The national union then debated between the state and each corporation what compensation and prices would be set at. Literally: The German Labor Front
They never suppressed a single union. They just joined the unions together and gave them unlimited power under a Syndicalism.
Fascism is literally: Trade-Unionism in Italian.
It was a high point for unions in general. Communists had them. Capitalists had them. Fascists of course.
No question, people were very proud to be in unions. They were basically full blown civil society organizations. It would be weird if you weren't in one, and being a "scab" was a real slur.

This one always drives me so mad. It does so because reddit is absolutely filled to the brim with outright weebs, and on top of them, there is nary a person that isn't always heaping praise on Japan whenever it comes up in any discussion: on its culture; on its train system; on how "everything is so clean!"; on how it's low crime; on how everyone is respectful....
Look - I am married to a woman from there. If I add up all the trips we have taken there to be with her relatives, I've spent more than a year of my life there. Everytime I'm there, it feels so refreshing (and I say this even living in a super nice place in the US). I love Japan, and don't ever want to see it change. People exaggerate (somewhat) how good things are, but - of the things they are praising Japan for - the vast majority of it is better, directly because of the fact that they lack the exact same diversity the left is trying to ram down everyone else's throats.
It turns out that, when everyone is from roughly the same background, shares roughly the same ideals, grows up in roughly the same manner, and feels a sense of national being, society has a lot less friction, can be a lot higher trust, and a lot better, in just about every way. The time I spend over there, makes me imagine that that's what it must have been like to exist in the earlier version of the United States. That that's what it must have been to live in the US pre allowing the left to start destroying society.
So, anyhow, it's infuriating how those same shitbag leftists absolutely refuse to make the connection. Diversity - on the scale that the left wants to use to destroy all western nations - is most certainly NOT a strength. The diversity they want just creates nations with no shared culture, no trust, no one feels any obligations, everyone's at everyone else's throats, and it doesn't fucking work.
The stuff all the idiots admire/praise Japan for all exists because the left hasn't been allowed to destroy it (yet).
It's negligence or willful rejection that yes, we are STILL monkey brain and monkey brain makes it easier to trust when everyone around you looks the same and part of the same culture (cough tribe).
The world would be more at peace if Japan was left to the Japanese (though for the love of go fuck more!), Europe to the Europeans, America to those of European ancestory ( though Koreans, Vietnamese and Cubans get a pass for being more anti commie than the natives) and the Muslims, Africans and South Americans can stay in their respective third world countries!
The "diversity" the left wants is the same rigidly enforced ideological dogma in different colored and shaped packages.

You laugh, but that was something that was a feature of the National Socialists. The Bureaucratic Class were effectively God Kings who could do no wrong (so long as they didn't rebuke anything the party pushed). That meant that the middle-managerial intelligentsia has more power than they did even under Socialism or Communism.
2/3rds of that list is the left with just a slightly different frame of reference due to their redefinition of things.

Fascism is an authoritarian system of government that feature a powerful central government that heavily restricts speech, has a command economy, secret police that persecutes dissidents, and vests large amounts of political power in one singular strongman leader.
Nothing the left every says about "fascism" bears any resemblance to this, and can be dismissed out of hand if they do not comport to this central definition.
"Fascism" was turned into a morality argument from the moment Germany surrendered in 1945. The true meaning and definition of this system of government is not taught in primary education deliberately so as to preserve the loaded morality baked into the modern use of the term.
