And the other 29% want it to burn in a fire, right?

That's where I'm at. I don't care if they ever turn it around at this point. That company is dead to me.

For me there'd need to be a reckoning with the whole exec branch kicked out, the board kicked out, Kennedy kicked out with a big fat kick in the front butt live on tv and preferably a middle finger to all the wokies. THEN I might consider looking their way again

Directly or indirectly.

They want Disney to groom their children for them.

But if we lose Disney, who will be there to defend the poor IP holding companies and heirs of long dead authors from the threat their works ever entering the public domain that they themselves pillaged all of their popular stories from?

I want to see Disney burn. Don't go back, be destroyed.

Disney died when they stopped doing traditional animation. Some of the CG movies afterwards were alright.

But they're at the point now where they could be putting far more time and effort into them, and they're not. They're coasting on good enough, and fucking that up with propaganda.

They actually greenlit a movie where a girl gets her period in Toronto in 2003, directed by a girl who lived in Toronto in 2003, who presumably got her period then.

They've scraped the bottom of the barrel so hard they're tunneling to the core of the earth.

HAHAHAHAHA

I will no longer struggle to synopsize Turning Red

And the sad part is: they even sold all their old animation tools, the desks actual magic happened gone. If they even wanted to go back to traditional they'd have to start from 0 let alone the huge historical value they kicked out. Fuck Disney, I will not forgive this shit.

Like Greek fire, traditional animation will be a lost art.

What’s funny is people can make traditional Disney art on modern computers. It looks a little bit too clean but it’s very possible. Disney is now just a factory for the Soylent of the animation world.

It always was possible it's just sad to see how Disney destroyed history.

How many Disneys still actively participate in Walt's company? The last one was Roy E.Disney, and he, and the company, died in 2009.

I dont want them to go to wholesome programming, that would be the worst thing that could happen in my opinion.

I want them to bankrupt, the sooner the better.

How long have they been subversive? Were they ever wholesome?

Lion King (1994) was a man acting like a coward, saved by a GIRL BOSS (nala) and a diversity hire (rafiki).

Hercules had black soul singers as Greek goddesses and half the movie was about his love interest who - memory is foggy - ended up saving him, didn't she?

Hercules came at a time when blackwashing was not a big deal. It seemed kind of fitting considering the movie had 0 respect for Greek mythology and was set up like modern America with a Greek coat of paint. Hercules was not even the Greek name, it was the Roman name.

It bothered me to no end in both this and Hercules the tv show.

The Fate Franchise treats mythology and history better than Disney does. And that's saying something.

I wonder what wholesome programming means. Do they mean back to the 90s/00s when Disney still carried the Pat Robertson's TV show as contractually obligated, but with a disclaimer stating that his views don't represent the views of Disney?

It almost certainly means "whenever my nostalgia still gave me happy chemicals about them."

Disney : "So you want more wholesome race-mixing trans propaganda."

Disney will never return to 'wholesome programming'. They could've turned it around several times by now but they keep doubling down. The screeching trannies own the company.

The company is full of degenerates, you can't salvage it.

Disney always was largely junk-food edits of traditional myths and folklore. 5 generations of parents accustomed to mistaking instant gratification for good parenting. Not that the company never made anything worthwhile in its 100 years, but it's cumulative negative effect on American culture, direct and indirect[1], is unrecoverable without societal collapse. Bankruptcy is not enough for this demonic corporation.

Says it all really. "I just want it to go back to normal" instead of "I want the enemy corporation destroyed"

The most they'd do is make the propaganda and other degenerate faggotry more subtle. I want them to crash and burn, although I expect whoever picks up the pieces will continue the same bullshit.

22% of them, I think 7% either did not say or did not have an opinion.

The MSM probably: "71% of Americans are racist bigoted homophobes. We need to do better!"

Shareholders would have to broom out ~99.999% of Disney's Moloch worshiping upper management for that to happen.

And I suspect they won't go without a fight.

But that's what Disney is offering: wholesome programming for the entire family. It's just that society at large doesn't agree with their definition of 'wholesome'. ;)

I canceled my Disney sub. There is legitimately too much trans and gay propaganda on there to be safe with no parental filters to remove it.

The one piece of content that is any good, Bluey, they heavily censor.

So fuck em.
