I think they'd actually have trouble sinking one. Liberty was a signals ship, lightly defended. IDK if they are sending any of those. A carrier group has defenses.
This is so stupid. The US policies are controlled by Israel, but somehow Israel still needs to sink a US ship to get the US involved in a war.

The number of refugees that Europe accepts has clearly nothing to do with war an armed conflict, which is why so many are coming from fucking Albania.
They're getting involved because the Israeli's are getting their asses handed to them. Sure they could glass Gaza, but they're not just in Gaza they're running roughshod over the while country. They've hit fuel depots, radar sites, military and naval bases and I've seen they've even been hitting Tel Aviv and Jerusalem today. Hezbollah will probably be involved as well from the North as soon as the Gaza ground operation starts.

That was not that long ago and sucked up a LOT of resources and manpower, then Trump became president and they were systematically eradicated. To play devils advocate, a ton of Americans were killed at that music festival that was happening over there. So going and parking a carrier off the shore could stand as a show of force.
Now that is not to say I know which way this goes. But I still lean toward us staying out of it outside of our typical current levels. But it is a possibility.

A lot of the issues we have nowadays is because we don't fully commit to a war and only do half measures, if you in a war, commit and ensure total victory.
