If it was only the idiots meeting the inevitable repercussions of their stupidity, I'd be fine with it. Nature takings its rightful course.
However, these useful idiots didn't reason themselves into their positions. They were brainwashed into it, by school and media. In this regard, they're as much of a victim as anyone else, and many would be our ally if they were deprogrammed. I, as I'm sure many here can attest, believed the lies we were told at some point in our lives, but we were able to break free. So too, hopefully, can more of these people be freed.
However, these idiots are pawns of the people in power. They defend the system, against themselves and their own people, repeating what they've been programmed to, verbatim. They vote, argue, and defend the people in power, to give them more power, and take it away from themselves and their own people. They're a useful idiot, but by intention or not, they're an enemy combatant. They're actively antagonistic, hostile, and deadly to their own people.
An idiot and malevolent can harm and kill with just as must surety. In war, there is no difference. However, if the useful idiots can be torn away from their programming, it should be done. If a group of people were dedicated toward the goal of doing so, they could absolutely cut off large swaths of current mediums of propaganda. In any future conflict scenario, cutting off propaganda outlets should be the first and most important step, as it's the only way for the people in power to retain their power.
