It's a recurring theme in the $CURRENT_YEAR news. Few years back, there was a massive tempest in a teacup in the farming community because a LGBTQPOCEIEIOUY+ group had set forth a list of demands for people hiring farm interns. Some of the demands were things like "have no set hours and keep no records of hours worked" and "allow interns to take equipment without prior permission and for no reimbursement".
