Technically you can since the Civil Rights Act does not say anything about sexual orientation. The problem is that cuck Gorsuch (and Roberts, as always) read protection for faggots and trannies into the CRA in BOSTOCK when it clearly is not there. Their reasoning was idiotic - that the CRA reference to "sex", which in reality only meant discrimination against women, ackthually includes faggotry and trannies, because if you swapped the sex of the faggots and trannies, their actions wouldn't be those of faggots and trannies anymore.
We should keep fighting back against Bostock. It was wrongly decided, and the Court has shifted 1 seat more conservative since it was decided.
