Instead of fixing the ruling, why not just remove the unnecessary protection for biological sex, which would nullify it?

And before someone says "women have power to discriminate against men", they already do, it's just not open. At least if it was legal, people would understand exactly how much they are doing it because they wouldn't hide it.
