It's unfortunate that Trump isn't half the man that progressives portray him as.

The jabs have neither saved lives nor are they vaccines. The kung flu is not a concern that would have ravaged the world on it's own, but the globalist interventions certainly have.

The jabs have neither saved lives nor are they vaccines.

So you believe that they have 0 effect against the virus, except for the side-effects? That's pretty funny.

Any pandemic was over by the time the jabs were out. What evidence is there the jabs have any effect against the virus?

The fact that there are now vastly greater infections and proportionally fewer hospitalizations and deaths, despite the more dangerous delta variant being dominant.

the more dangerous delta variant being dominant

Oh no, not the delta variant! Why do you believe these machiavellians that lie about everything aren't lying about this particular thing, which greatly benefits their accumulation of power?

Spez: By claiming that there are greater rates of infections despite the amount of people jabbed, are you conceding that it isn't a vaccine, since vaccines by definition prevent transmission?

Oh no, not the delta variant!

The question is not whether everyone should be in fear of death of it. Only that it's more contagious and dangerous than the other variant. If I were really scared of it, I'd have gotten the vaccine. But since I'm young and healthy...

Why do you believe these machiavellians that lie about everything aren't lying about this particular thing, which greatly benefits their accumulation of power?

It's pretty easy to disprove, and I have seen not seen it disproven. I have seen it in the data though. Now, could it be that the data is fabricated? Possibly, but for all countries in the world to do that is a bit too much.

By claiming that there are greater rates of infections despite the amount of people jabbed, are you conceding that it isn't a vaccine, since vaccines by definition prevent transmission?

It is my understanding that all vaccines are 'leaky' to some extent. But you are correct. There is no vaccine against the delta variant, but fortunately, the vaccine against the original variant appears to help against severe illness to a great extent.

Delta is more infectious than Alpha and ancestral variants, but not any more dangerous to those infected.

One the big reasons for that reduction in hospitalizations and deaths is that we're treating it differently than we were in 2020. The only people we admit now are on their deathbed with multiple comorbidities. Before, everybody who showed up with any symptoms of anything got intubated and pumped full of enough remdesivir to put a bison into kidney failure. That's not even accounting for increased rates of natural immunity and fewer "at risk" individuals in the population.

The only objective, identifiable things that the vaccine has changed is the definition of everything surrounding it.

Even if the corporate propaganda is accurate, and the vaccine is responsible for the statistical "reduction in severity," I would question if it was worth the cost. We're looking at global apartied, left wing fascism, multiple nations on the verge of civil war; even the US government is tacitly advocating for vaxxed on unvaxxed violence.

2021 surpassed 2020's count in November. There is no correlation between lives lost and vaccination rate. Well, no, that's not true. There is a strong, provable positive correlation. And that's after the virus had already killed all the extremely sick and elderly in 2020, which means it's killing healthy people at a far greater rate now that we have vaccines.

The only possible explanations are that the vaccine doesn't work or the official numbers are egregious lies (or both). Which is it?

There is no correlation between lives lost and vaccination rate.

There's a correlation between infections and deaths, which has become weaker as vaccination rates have gone up.

And that's after the virus had already killed all the extremely sick and elderly in 2020, which means it's killing healthy people at a far greater rate now that we have vaccines.

I'm not seeing young and healthy people dying in the stats.

There's a correlation between infections and deaths

Not that you're going to listen since you're a vax pushing leftist shill, but everyone on this board watched for thirteen months while they inflated "deaths" to include such things as highway traffic accidents.

So no, there is no correlations between the two. Stop pretending like the "official" numbers are either accurate or honest.

Last month, I think it was the Italians or Greeks or some people, released revised covid mortality data from 2020. Iirc they were initially claiming 2-300,000 covid deaths, the revised number was just north of 3000.

Great. Link to us the peer reviewed placebo studies, the peer reviewed control group studies, and the longitudinal studies proving they have SOME effect against the virus.

Otherwise you're just regurgitating CNN falsehoods based on lies and disinformation.

Since Delta, the efficacy of the vaccine has been in doubt. It seems to be completely worthless against infection with Omicron (and despite claims otherwise from both sides, there isn't enough data yet to determine whether it works against serious disease with Omicron). The booster is a scam; you're boosting your levels of antibodies with very poor affinities to current variants, but since antibody levels decay exponentially, you won't get those high levels for long, so the booster advantage will fade quickly.

The promise of mRNA was quick adaptation to new variants. They haven't done that -- we're still using vaccines based on an extinct virus strain -- so the advantage has been squandered.

Huh, finally someone I agree with.

As for the antibodies after the booster, it seems that initial levels of antibodies are a bit higher than after the second dose, so that may be a sign of hope for those who are at risk.

You're not more informed than them. They know EXACTLY what's happening. Look, Trumps admin convened the exercise Crimson Contagion from Jan-Aug 2019 which was about a virus escaping from China yadda yadda. They all knew it was coming because they are all IN ON IT. They are all part of The Plan, which is to rid the Earth of lots of humanity and enslave what's left, or something of that nature.

How can a simple law provide constitutional powers? And if he did, then Al Gore had the right to declare himself president in 2000. Really stupid.

How can a simple law provide constitutional powers?

The Constitution grants the Vice President a position in the Senate, and a vote in the event of a tie. It also grants powers by name to the House, to the Senate, and to Congress as a whole.

Article I
Section 1: Congress
All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

Article I
Section 3: The Senate
The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate, but shall have no Vote, unless they be equally divided.

Article I
Section 4: Elections
The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

Article II
Section 1
And they [the electors] shall make a List of all the Persons voted for, and of the Number of Votes for each; which List they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the Seat of the Government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate. The President of the Senate shall, in the Presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the Certificates, and the Votes shall then be counted.

So, in addition to a duty enumerated in the Constitution as President of the Senate to ensure that counts were signed, certified, transmitted, and received sealed (here, the certification is key, as there was evidence even then that certification should have been delayed until electoral fraud was investigated and, if necessary, resolved), Pence as Vice-President had such powers as Congress was Constitutionally authorized to delegate.

And if he did, then Al Gore had the right to declare himself president in 2000.

No, Gore would have had the ability to put the matter to a vote before the House of Representatives.

12th Amendment (differing slightly from Article II Section 1)
The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President.

If he had chosen to contest the results of Florida and Ohio beyond the Supreme Court, he could have objected to the certification, declared a lack of a majority vote among the Electors, and ordered the matter put before the House. It is a certainty that this possibility was discussed and then discarded on the assumption that it would have hurt his party's short-term viability, or even their medium-term prospects.
