That is certainly what the Wokescolds want, but I think someone could probably successfully sue if that happens, at least in the USA.
If I got fired for not taking the jab and I knew I'd lose, I'd still take them to court unless I were totally broke. I want them to be out thousands of dollars or more in high priced lawyers and to lose some customers in a very public ordeal.
