I notice that most people don't seem to give a crap about the virus anymore. Restaurants and stores are filled to the brim when the restrictions are removed, parks have dozens of people playing, and you rarely hear people on social media say #stayhome or #wearamask aside from political pundits. Sure, sometimes I see people walking outside with masks (lmao), but they're the minority. Despite this, what you hear from the news and the Ontario government, it still feels like it's still March 2020.

It sucks where I live. My city feels like it's only chain anything and it's leftist, meaning I'm not having a good time.
Same here. I still see smoothbrains double masking at the grocery store. Luckily I'm out of here for good in 6 weeks.
Funniest thing, I saw this girl wearing a small crop top and a miniskirt walking into a store- in a mask, might have been two. Chuckled because of how much skin she was showing and was at the same time wearing a mask.
Everyone in my city and my hometown seem to care a very great deal. Although they think things are getting better because the government and local media told them so, they're still unwilling to give up their masks and distancing despite being vaccinated.
Everyone knows the last election was complete bullshit and there really is nothing we can do about it. There is an open tranny in the president's cabinet. We have a bunch of states pre-emptively passing laws that they won't enforce federal regulations on stuff like guns. The average white person working for any large corporation will 100% be fired solely on the word of any black they interact with.
IMO the BEST and also highly improbably scenario is a peaceful secession of a few red states. All of the other more likely alternatives are various degrees of much worse.
If you have a family and live in a blue area or near a major city you need to get the hell out of there regardless of the cost.
There is; you’ve just been brainwashed to think there isn’t.
They will, though, and they both already are and still will for future ones, even after passing their little meaningless “laws.” Goes to show who they really are.
They won’t let you leave. NOW WHAT.
Glow harder, please. They can't see you from space yet.
Thanks, enjoy continuing to fail for the rest of your life and dying forgotten with everything you “supported” having been destroyed.

Sir, tradcuck is not a slur, and all these leftist pressure groups are led by women, therefore women's useful idiots is a fair statement.

Yep. Last year places we went were basically "no masks for those under 5". Now it's "All people over 2 require a mask". That seems to be everywhere now including places like Six Flags and Airlines. Last year we flew with our then 2, now 3, year old and no problems. Same with Six Flags. She's not going to keep a mask on these days.
It depends on where you live I guess. In my country the thing is still going strong, as in mandatory curfew (9 PM... Every day), obligatory mask use, and the need to fill out online forms if you want to leave your house on weekends (for a max of 2 hours, just 1 day)
It's... Beyond stupid.
but enough about north korea
Which country is this?
Chile, in South America. We have a "tier" system for the permanent lockdowns. Right now we are at tier 2, that means we can move about during the week (mon-fry), but not during the weekend (you need a permit for that). It does depend on where you live though, since different states (regiones) can have different tiers , depending on some arbitrary decision (Supposedly lower active cases... But not always, so you just pray you can actually leave your house this week). On tier 1, you need a permit to leave your house, no matter the day (3 hour permit, max 2 per week). There are special permits for work, but it's kind of a pain to get one.
There is nowhere outside the US that will be safe to "evacuate" to.
Congregating within predominantly red states and building a strong support structure there is the most realistic scenario, but as bad as the US is in places (and how horrendous the Feds are showing themselves to be) there's no better place right now.
I'll be honest man, that's probably the most draconian lockdown I've heard of, just by sheer complexity. What is it about Chile that made for such an absurd overreaction like that?
They don't have Augusto to protect them from their communists any more.
It is an overreaction to be sure... We had our own issues with BLM type protests just before the China Virus, and so the country was already on its knees beforehand (the protester even torched subway stations) We are actually gonna change our constitution now due to it... So one of the very few reasons Chile wasn't a shit hole country (like every other south American one) is about to disappear. (Basically they want to make it easier to pass laws and do overarching changes to pretty much anything... So that NOTHING gets done, and we spin in circles, like every other south American country).
So... Yeah.
You guys are too big to fail, so I doubt much of anything will happen with all the civil unrest, Chile is kind of a lost cause ATM.
Appreciate the information. Chile is one of those countries you don't hear about often, so its nice to get some direct information, even if its negative.
Hope you guys pull through somehow.
Yeah, I hope we do...
That’s insane. Where I live we’ve never had anything like that. There was a city ordinance to fine people for not wearing masks but I couldn’t figure out how they would enforce it so I just stopped wearing mine and things turned out great.
I think I got turned away one or two times from a corporate store, and that’s the extent of the change I’ve experienced.
You actually CAN'T enter any store here without wearing a mask lol. You are also supposed to wear it at all times while outside, and everyone expects you to do it... Like people here judge you if you aren't wearing it (everyone stares and moves away). The histeria is off the charts.
Here? Not remotely. Radical leftism has completely routed all resistance. If I were to reveal my conservative leanings, I would be ostracized by coworkers, "friends", and family. I keep literally all of my opinions 100% to myself at all times. It's soul-crushing.
How you doing?
How can you relax around your friends if you have to self censor? I definitely have/had a few which don’t talk to me much anymore, but I don’t lose sleep over it.
If you even think for one moment about self-censoring, they’re not your friends and you’re not in a healthy environment. You matter. They don’t. Get new friends.
Oh I no longer spend any time with my previous friends, and I dodge family whenever possible.
Almost in a similar boat, but thankfully parts of my family have been red-pilled thanks to all the corruption/disinformation that has taken place during the elections and plandemic.
I would have to question if living like that is worth it. Work is whatever, opinions should be business-related there anyway, but I dumped all the friends I could not speak honestly with, and I don’t hide anything from family.
I used to, so don’t get me wrong, but I feel great not doing it any longer. I just take the approach that if they don’t like my opinion, that’s their problem not mine. Plus conflict can be quite fun. :) If someone blows up on you and starts being crazy, just act like you’re watching a movie.
I used to hide my political views when I was around my sister because she is incapable of having a rational discussion, and I thought it wasn't worth the headache since I knew she would just get hysterical and the rest of our visit would be ruined.
But things have gotten too crazy for me to continue down that path.
So what do you do around your sister now?
Well I haven't seen her in about 2 years due to Covid because she lives in Canada.
But she's constantly sending group chat messages to our family members about BLM, feminism, etc., and I respond with my thoughts on why it's all bullshit. She never addresses my responses though. She just sends another link to an article or podcast on a different topic. Rinse and repeat.
It'll be interesting to see what happens when I visit her in the future. (although it's very possible that I'll never set foot in Canada again considering the fact that they're going full commie and I don't want to risk getting stuck in a Covid camp lol)
Good on you for speaking up within your family when your sister tries to disseminate bullshit instead of "Going along to get along" like most people do.
I try to call out COVID inconsistencies and hypocrisy and threats to liberty to anyone in person who will listen whenever it comes up, but it's hard to go against propaganda narratives around meek people sometimes without coming off as a ranting lunatic yourself.
I totally get it. It was the same way with my brother.
I realized, mostly after becoming Christian, that it’s my duty to point out the truth. I’m not going to try to change his opinion, or beat him over the head with it, but I will correct him when he says a falsehood and then let it be.
You can’t expect people to change if they’ve never even heard an alternative right? I don’t know if my words will ever impact him, but one day he might remember what I said. Until then he can suffer, and I’m not going to shed a tear for him because I did my part. If he refuses to hear it, that’s his right.
It’s just like with God. He warns us from time to time, but doesn’t force anything on us. We can ignore him and suffer if we choose to, and many of us do. And he loves us. I can’t pretend that I can do any better with my own brother than God does with his children.
Where I live, it got worse.
There was initial skepticism to the US-imported Critical Race Theory. It's gone. Our MP is branded a White Supremacist for not bowing down to every aspect of it, just most of it.
There is Zero skepticism against lockdown. The less it worked, the more people believed we should shut down.
Every media went straight back to supporting masking kids and shutting down schools despite the disaster and total inneficacy of it initially shaking them into not simply asserting constantly that we had to do it constantly.
Oh and support for lockdowns and government's management of the WuFlu seem to increase as things look more optimistic.
It will definetly happen again the next time nurses and doctors complain about their work load in an upcomming flu season. ( it is common for several hospitals to peak over 130% capacity when the flu hits every year. Several times during the season. )
They won’t see it though. You or I see that the flu death counts were minuscule to non-existent and are able to connect the dots, but these people hang on to whatever they are spoonfed from the media.
Commonsense is completely absent. Things won’t be ok until the media starts pumping out the message that it is, and the robots download the new behavioral update.
Are you in Quebec?
Yes. Was it "nazi MP refuses to bow to proponents of the Systemic Racism kafka trap" that tipped you off?
Salut.
Am Canadian
We are sliding head first into a dictatorship so not reaaaally
2 birds with one stone, we can also fit right in with the hockey culture of those states. As a canadian though if I'm moving to the USA it's probably gonna be somewhere a bit more conservative
Like New Hampshire? Montana recently just went full red: MAGA Republican Governor with a Republican Congress as well
Are you blind?
Around here, we're just lucky that Darth Vader and his Stormtrooper didn't get beat up by the cops again on May the Fourth Day.
They were up to their old tricks shilling for a local cafe again.
The state of Canada...
No, this city is just known for its hair-trigger cops.
There's a place nearby literally called "Stand Off".
It's not a pendulum, it's a ratchet.
Sick analogy
I’m in a small city in the South. Here the masks have been coming down, and outside of a few stores, people have stopped caring about it.
I live in a blue city and nobody says anything to me when I'm walking around a store without a mask, but as soon as I get to the self-checkout there's always an eager employee who demands I put one on in order to checkout.
Not really, but I'm measuring a different one to the rest of you.
First world nation im in is re amped up. 95% In hugeface diapers and fearful. But bars are open. Praise Allah.
Those who have not worn masks in a year must be supermen.
I refuse to wear it. It’s easy where I am though. Most people appear to either not care about the virus at all or are simply complying because stores ask them to. I always go out without a mask and I’ve never had someone even say anything to me, except for two stores where I was told I had to put one on. (I declined, obviously)
I have not seen a single soul who was concerned about masks for health reasons.
Wearing it unafraid is total submission. I see enough ritual hand washing here to know a lot believe it.
Either way. Those souls are in danger.
Am happy when i see the rare man or couple without.
What can be done is lead by example.
Anyone else think the tide is turning? More people are speaking up online about SJWs and moral busybodies
Anyone else think the tide is turning? I see more people are speaking up online about SJWs and moral busybodies
Anyone else think the tide is turning? I see more people exercising their inalienable rights.
Anyone else think the tide is turning? I saw a straight male out in public today without his mandated muzzle on.
Forgive me if I don't think the tide is turning at all. There's a post with this same title at least once a year if not more frequently
regional. my area of Ontario is still pretty panicked. was out on main street today, so many people walking outside with masks. sad.
but then you got a little more suburb, and everyone was out for a walk maskless
It's really pathetic that we have to count how many fewer morons we see wearing masks outside in Ontario as a moral victory.
In my neck of the woods, things are returning to normal except for the globohomo megacorps who are still insisting on face diapers.
Stores are about 50% unmasked in my area now. I've not worn a mask in a store in a week
To clarify, the stores still have mask signs up but about half of the people ignore it.
It's not.
Now that people are starting to get tired of the covid fearmongering, 'mass shootings' are going to be pushed as the next cause du jour.
They've achieved population control. Next is gun control. After that? Total control.
I think heavily depends on both where you live and what you do. I'm in a metro Texas area, and for the most part it feels like people have moved on totally with the exception of high mask compliance still. Liberal circles in particular. I met up with some liberals (family unfortunately) and the mask theater with them was ridiculous. It was like a badge of honor to put their mask to leave the table at the patio restaurant. Clearly they don't give a shit because they don't live like they care, but they have to show the facade.
Rural Texas and a few surrounding states I've been in, WuFlu is gone. I love getting out of town. People are polite, normal, look at each other again, smile, etc. Funny enough I've grown a soft spot for normal happy kids. Kids have always leaned towards annoying to me, but I guess since I walked by the school almost every day and see them out with their sad little masks on the playground it makes me happy when I see them normal.
Hobbies matter too, what I can gather some of them are still really scaredy. I can't get a group of guys to get together to play poker or anything anymore. I've sort of moved on from a lot of my friends because if we don't actually do anything as friends does it even count anymore. I've found new stuff though, there's a lot of fun things to do out there where no one cares about Covid. They are more healthy hobbies anyway as it's skill building stuff.
we just had a bunch of family over for mothers day
In terms of the government(s), it’s only going to get much worse. All of those woke CIA ads for example serve a purpose. The government is recruiting people who simultaneously hate white people, yet see powerful establishment white elites as “the good guys.” The government wants a universal force across all branches that will ignore the rights of white people, while allowing minorities and leftists to have free reign to terrorize white citizens into obedience. Wokeness looks like a joke to us, but it is an ideological system that has been engineered to perfection. We may laugh at these ridiculous ads, but they work perfectly to achieve the end goals of the elites.
NJ remains mixed. Tyranny tempered with disobedience. Outdoor maskers have thankfully been reduced in non-patrolled areas. But there still are a few such idiots. Indoor masking alas continues unabated. Restaurants, on the other hand... while some are doing the full theatrics, a lot of them once they could open at all pretty much just made a token concession to reduced capacity.
The parks were actually pretty well attended even when they were closed; I got thrown out a few times along with others. Mostly "People of Color", amusingly.
I live in Ontario, and everyone is walking outside wearing masks, putting masks on their kids, putting masks on their dogs, not going to work.
Clown world type fare.
This ceased being illegal in Poland only today.
