I notice that most people don't seem to give a crap about the virus anymore. Restaurants and stores are filled to the brim when the restrictions are removed, parks have dozens of people playing, and you rarely hear people on social media say #stayhome or #wearamask aside from political pundits. Sure, sometimes I see people walking outside with masks (lmao), but they're the minority. Despite this, what you hear from the news and the Ontario government, it still feels like it's still March 2020.

So what do you do around your sister now?
Well I haven't seen her in about 2 years due to Covid because she lives in Canada.
But she's constantly sending group chat messages to our family members about BLM, feminism, etc., and I respond with my thoughts on why it's all bullshit. She never addresses my responses though. She just sends another link to an article or podcast on a different topic. Rinse and repeat.
It'll be interesting to see what happens when I visit her in the future. (although it's very possible that I'll never set foot in Canada again considering the fact that they're going full commie and I don't want to risk getting stuck in a Covid camp lol)
Good on you for speaking up within your family when your sister tries to disseminate bullshit instead of "Going along to get along" like most people do.
I try to call out COVID inconsistencies and hypocrisy and threats to liberty to anyone in person who will listen whenever it comes up, but it's hard to go against propaganda narratives around meek people sometimes without coming off as a ranting lunatic yourself.
