That has already been happening to a degree. Look at what happened with that white kid who was kidnapped and tortured by 4 black teenagers. The media "covered" the story but omitted let details such as the fact that the teens were yelling racial slurs at the kid and that it was clearly motivated by racial hatred.
Last year that black guy murdered two white elderly people at cemetery. Again the media downplayed the racial angle.
There's no doubt that a mob of black people could go out and lynch a bunch of white people, recording themselves doing it while straight up saying it's because they hate white people, and the media would totally downplay it.
If the toxicology report comes back clean, probably went crazy from concussion ramifications. The doctor he killed was probably the one trying to help him.
I question how much problematic behavior is attributable to head trauma and how much is simply people with head trauma are told they are stupid and violent. It's comparable to trigger warnings causing NPCs to be triggered because that is what they were told is expected of them.
