Trump isn't acting like someone who's leaving in January
Kamala hasn't resigned her Senate seat yet
That said, if his plan is that Pence will count the Trump electors in the contested states, or to depend on the House voting him in, that's putting a lot of trust in people he shouldn't be trusting.
Trump doesn't have a lot of people he can trust anymore. Not in this, at least.
That said, I'm not confident but am still willing to entertain the idea that there are a smattering of paths for him to take. The courts have proved they will not help, so it is up to the Legislators, or to something more drastic.
I don't expect him to win, but I expect him to go down fighting; and at a bare minimum get dragged out of the White House fighting the entire time.
"You have just inherited command of a regiment. What are you going to do? With your command, Mister? Talk fast — the Bugs won’t wait!"
"Uh..." I caught an answer right out of the book and parroted it. "I’ll take command and act as circumstances permit, sir, according to the tactical situation as I see it."
"You will, eh?" The Colonel grunted. "And you’ll buy a farm too that’s all anybody can do with a foul-up like that. But I hope you’ll go down swinging — and shouting orders to somebody, whether they make sense or not. We don’t expect kittens to fight wildcats and win — we merely expect them to try.
If Trump is forced out of the WH in January, what happens then
The deep state has signaled that the de facto conventions of Presidential immunity won't apply to him and that he will spend the rest of his life in prison as a deterrent against someone else trying the same thing.
Whether Trump tries to prevent that will largely depend on whether or not he himself knows that to be true.

Biden’s white guy quota

BIDEN TRANSITION QUIETLY BRINGS ON FACEBOOK, GOOGLE EMPLOYEES — When the Biden transition team released the names of hundreds of personnel on Nov. 10, there were zero current Facebook or Google employees among them. That’s changed — the transition website quietly added four Facebook and Google employees to its agency review teams on or close to Thanksgiving, the hawk-eyed STEVEN OVERLY noticed. All four continue to work at their companies while on the transition administration:
Biden also recently appointed a bunch of Goldman Sachs people.
I'm blackpilled as fuck these days, so I'm pushing for raw, unhinged acceleration. If Trump doesn't invoke the insurrection act and round up the commies, I sincerely hope we see president Kamala Harris dropping insane executive orders on climate change, gun control, and hate speech. I want the Dems to go after the Constitution at warp speed. Let's get this party started.
You are going to at least partially get your wish. The ATF is currently going insane with cracking down on pistol braces and 80% lowers in anticipation of a Biden presidency. The ATF clearly thinks Biden is going to be the new president, and they are doing everything in their power to ingratiate themselves early. Trump isn't going to do a fucking thing to stop them either.
Within the bounds of the legal system? Not likely. Military action based on evidence of sedition and treason is looking like it could very well be the only way forward.
I'm not optimistic about that materializing. Communication in the modern world is too heavily controlled and monitored for organic resistance to emerge. It will be found and snuffed out before it can even begin to form into anything that might threaten the power of the ruling aristocracy.
Communication in the modern world is too heavily controlled and monitored for organic resistance to emerge.
Its not if you know what you're doing. Toss out your smart phone, use a good VPN, use Tor, buy burner phones, if you must use a smart phone, use Signal, etc. There's all sorts of shit you can do to avoid being tracked and identified.
Already there, minus Tor because Tor is known to be compromised. Not sure it matters though. Even if they can't trace you through the physical devices you're using, a profile can still be built and a real world individual identified. Particularly since any genuine resistance would eventually need real world action rather than endlessly complaining on the internet.
My nightmare scenario is he doesn't go down fighting despite knowing how corrupt things have gotten. He loses my support if he does that, because it tells me all his talk of "if we let this fraud happen we don't have a country anymore" is just talk and validates everything the further right have been saying about him. We let cities burn and livelihoods be destroyed this summer because "if he sends in the troops he'll be called a tyrant and cost him the election", and it would all be for nothing.
If he refuses to leave and gets dragged out, I will respect his fight but it will clearly demonstrate he's not "the guy". It also means the guy who actually gets us out of this mess won't be able to do so neatly and cleanly; and people will be begging and praying for helicopter rides compared to what will actually happen to them.
If he refuses to leave and wins, I think he will be less brutal than the alternatives because he's a businessman and not a soldier.
Look, here's the thing. We are the revolution. The Leftists are the Counter-Revolution sent by the establishment. The establishment has violated all norms, customs, laws, and taboos this year. Everything has been violated solely to maintain power.
I said this a few days after election night, and I'll say it again: This is not a win for them.
These are very aggressive, and very desperate moves. Trump is continuing to play within the rules. Should he decide to bend those rules, we end up in a much worse situation for the establishment.
During any revolutionary or civil war period, the law stopped mattering. What mattered, fundamentally, was raw support. Trump has a level of raw support that the Establishment do not have. The level or resistance to Establishment will has only increased, this breaks their objectives of war.
As a reminder, Clausewitz defines war as:
War is nothing but a duel on a larger scale. Countless duels go to make up war, but a picture of it as a whole can be formed by imagining a pair of wrestlers. Each tries through physical force to compel the other to do his will; his immediate aim is to throw his opponent in order to make him incapable of further resistance.
War is thus an act of force to compel our enemy to do our will. Force, to counter opposing force equips itself with the inventions of art and science. Attached to force are certain self-imposed, imperceptible limitations hardly worth mentioning, known as international law and custom, but they scarcely weaken it. Force - that is, physical force, for moral force has no existence save as expressed in the state and the law - is thus the means of war; to impose our will on the enemy is its object. To secure that object we must render the enemy powerless; and that, in theory, is the true aim of warfare. That aim takes the place of the object, discarding it as something not actually part of war itself.
I keep harping on this definition because it explains Leftism fully. You must understand that the Left and the establishment are on war-footing. They are already at war. Not in the normal sense, but bureaucratic, legal, and political sense, they are fully at war. This definition reminds you, that the law means nothing in war. International law is an irrelevant self-imposition. The law itself, is nothing more than a form moral force. The law is effectively a political argument... and and it's a weak one.
This is why Cicero said:
Silent enim lēgēs inter arma
"In times of war, the law falls silent."
This is because law is a means in a war. It is only a moral force. And the only people who accept moral force from you... are your allies. Not your enemies. Your enemies are not effected by your moral force. Otherwise, they wouldn't be shooting at you.
By corrupting the courts, the police, the legislatures, and the law; they have caused it to fall silent on the ears of many tens of many millions. Not just the voter fraud. But political prosecutions of right-wingers. The refusal to pursue charges on Leftist Lynchers. The demand to charge the people who defended themselves against the lynchers.
I'm not surprised SCOTUS won't take up any court cases. After Brown v. Board, they very nearly destroyed their own legitimacy in the South. The more activist they became, the more state, and even some federal courts rebuked them, and the more silent the law fell. So eventually, they moved more quietly. SCOTUS has spoken loudly many times, and it occasionally bled Americans dry by doing so. So now, they're trying to shut up, hoping that the law breathes a whisper of moral force on someone.
But it's too late. I can't stop this. We can't stop this. No one can stop this anymore.
With each and every violation, the establishment guaranteed an outcome that they wanted, at a price no amount of printed money can afford. Raw legitimacy has been violated. No moral force of law can have any impact on a people that do not accept it.
Trump, and his base, are not likely to openly violate the law as they see the constitution as a moral force. However, if Trump were to bend some portion of federal code, to otherwise protect the constitution, that could have an impact on the establishment that it is not prepared for. Trump keeps playing within the bounds of the law, but if he stretches it, the whole thing could break, and the Establishment would find themselves without any real support at all.
The establishment is on a war-footing to legitimize itself. That is not an offensive action, it is a defensive one. They are absolutely on the brink of disaster. Even if Trump concedes, and fades quietly away... I don't think they can avert it. Trump is only an avatar of an up-swelling of a cultural shift I believe will change this entire century, and I don't think anybody knows it.
To be clear about the answer to your question: I don't know if he can or can't. What I do know is that Trump is only a few weeks from not mattering anymore. And what comes after him are unavoidable, and bigger than anything he might personally intend.
Why would the establishment be on the brink of disaster? They wield the power of deep state, media, big tech, wall street - all Biden shills or Biden admin.
From the Melian dialogues, power does not need to "legitimize" itself, it just does.
Meaningful resistance against this stacked deck is years away.
By that time all the big backers would have already made their money, flexed on the plebs, then retire to Spain or something. All the smaller useful idiots can stay behind and face the music. Mission accomplished.
Why would the establishment be on the brink of disaster? They wield the power of deep state, media, big tech, wall street - all Biden shills or Biden admin.
And those institutions haven't been this unpopular and this uninfluential, maybe ever. Certainly not all at the same time. The power of the establishment has seriously waned.
From the Melian dialogues, power does not need to "legitimize" itself, it just does.
That's not the same thing. The powerful do not try to engage in Melian dialogues because it guarantees resistance. It is an arrogant threat made at a victim. The reason the Athenian commander made that negotiation, is because he was backed by a fleet and invasion force that he asserted the people of Melos could not resist effectively. That is not the definition of all power, not unless you intend to be shot in the face at the first sign of trouble.
The Melian dialogue is a hostile act between a warring party, and an ambushed target. If you don't back it up, it'll cost you everything. That's why you don't do it unless it works. If you underestimate your foe, it kills you. It's like walking up to a man in the street and saying "I've got a gun in my pocket and I'm going to kill you when I finish counting: 3...". If you picked the wrong person, you won't make it to 2.
A Melian dialogue is an act of War.
Meaningful resistance against this stacked deck is years away.
That's a defeatist and ridiculous sentiment. Meaningful resistance always exists so long as you are prepared to engage in it. Your issue is about what you consider "meaningful" and what you consider a valid price for that resistance. On my part, I consider the price for that resistance to be low compared to the consequences of being trapped in the same sphere of influence as the Leftists when they start purging themselves. There were no rightists in the Khmer Rouge's killing fields.
By that time all the big backers would have already made their money, flexed on the plebs, then retire to Spain or something.
They would never retire to Spain. That day never comes. They never stop, and they're not trying to prove anything to the plebs. This is about preserving what they have and the gains they promised themselves in their fantasies.
And those institutions haven't been this unpopular and this uninfluential, maybe ever. Certainly not all at the same time. The power of the establishment has seriously waned.
It's massively popular to 80 million Americans. Only 74 million Americans distrust them.
The point is, I considered the chance of winning the conflict.
The deep state/ex-Obama security people now work for CNN & MSNBC, the media being their lying useful idiots. Deep state then possibly re-used their CIA regime change bullshit like "red mirage" or Noam Eisner's "color revolution" to win.
To win meaningful resistance you need to overcome:
big tech censorship (NYpost, youtube)
big finance censorship (https://archive.vn/cmzTL

big funding (Tom Steyer/Refuse Facism, Koch bros NOT funding Trump but Soros Dems)
deep state spy shit
organized paramilitary - antifa - which the FBI and DHS tell us are unimportant, I wonder why.
ancient organized paramilitary like professor Bill Ayers of Weather Underground fame
On the Trump team there's enthusiasim but little power. You need to be as slick, effective and loyal as the corrupt Bush admin and his pocket judges, but I don't see it on the Trump team today.
Proud Boys are a drinking club, not backed by Bill Ayers or deep state antifa simps.
Unless I'm missing something, they aren't there yet, so I say it needs time for the Trump side to get better.
The "Resistance" antifa, lying media and bamboozled public, didn't grow on a tree, they were nurtured by time, money and simps. And so will the Resistance to the Resistance.
The Killing Fields were stopped by an invasion of a larger power, Vietnam, tipping the scales to the defenders. Maybe it takes years, months, who knows.
They would never retire to Spain. That day never comes.
The neolibs can run to Spain while leaving the dogmatic progressives behind.
There's a bunch of things in your post that I could address, but I'd rather stick to the heart of the matter. You're still clamoring about how strong institutional power is, I'm denying that, but I don't think you're getting me here: It's never been this week.
For God's sake, look at your name. The Progressive Corporate media has been the enemy of the people since Pulitzer helped start the Spanish-American War. The guy who's name was applied to the highest award for journalism ever. Which was given to the guy your named after, who was an active spy and activist for the Soviet Union, who intentionally ignored mass slaughter. And was well-respected for decades.
The power of all of these institutions was more than you could possibly believe. There was a reason why LBJ was concerned about Walter Cronkite's opinion. That's the kind of sway they held. You're worried about financial censorship, but FDR criminalized gold/silver for 40 years from a single executive order. You're worried about Deep State spy shit, but have you ever heard of J. Edgar Hoover? You're worried about Big Funding, but do you realize how the Fed was created? You're worried about tech censorship, but do you remember when the FCC killed pirate radio (to this very day)?
Yes, sure, Trump doesn't have much institutional power. He's had to build it himself, effectively from scratch.
This is a revolution. The revolutionaries a plucky little fighters who don't have much institutional power, but it doesn't mean they just lose. They just haven't won yet.
Yes, there's a longer war ahead for all of us, but the institutions have never been this weak before, an it looks like their collapse is not gonna take 50 years. I doubt they make it even 20. I can't tell you what 2030 looks like, the acceleration of their collapse has outpaced all historical norms.
The neolibs can run to Spain while leaving the dogmatic progressives behind.
Dude, Spain is like Progressive Saudi Arabia. You're not going to avoid any dogmatic progressives there.
If the institutions are weak, we would have seen at least someone fired or Clapper and Brennan thrown in prison.
Biden doesn't care what the media says, just like Obama's journolist, because the media are Dem shills.
Besides, Hoover's FBI today only bother to infiltrate right wing militias and 4chan.
And at the moment, the Big Guys are strong while the Trumpers are weak. I'm not saying don't fight or become blackpilled, I'm saying know the enemy and the cards they hold.
Dude, Spain is like Progressive Saudi Arabia. You're not going to avoid any dogmatic progressives there.
If the institutions are weak, we would have seen at least someone fired or Clapper and Brennan thrown in prison.
You're missing my point. I didn't say they were weak. They're not. I'm saying they've never been this week. It's a relative statement. You're complaining about Clapper & Brennan not going to prison. McNamara and Kissinger never went to prison. Kissinger only just lost his job! That's the power that the establishment had.
Now yes, I said they're on the brink of disaster, but again, that's the same as "weak". The collapse, for them, will come very suddenly.
Remember. If you had asked anyone in 1985 when the Soviet Union would fall, they would have said "maybe within 100 years". Nobody would have told you, "within the next 4 years".
No.
And I don't even think it's about whether normies want to acknowledge it. I think most wouldn't even understand. The general public is amazingly stupid and they'll go along with whatever doesn't get them ostracized. They don't think beyond that, and I don't believe it's always a matter of choice, they literally can't think beyond that. Remember where the NPC meme came from.
She had virtually no support when there were other female candidates in the running. But now that she's one stroke away from the presidency, I see "funny" signs with "Kamala Harris!" in big letters and "...also Joe Biden" in tiny script below.
There is a significant percentage of the population who will simply support anyone with a vagina. Theimpossible1 is 100% right about female tribalism.
I think it is possible, when the voters don't forget how the Gop treated Trump, than the voter enthusiasm will be really really low and many new voters aren't Rinos and voted Rep. because of Trump.
They will give him 6 weeks or two years of weekend at Ginsburgs. If he makes it two years then Kamala can serve out his term and still be President for two more, if he goes out before that her serving out his term will count towards her and she can only run once.
If he gets in the one thing that i can take solace in is spamming the everloving fuck out of every social media platform with tags like BYE DEN/shitposting when the inevitable health issues manifest themselves. Its gonna be glorious.
The alternate electors make it possible for Trump to get 270+ through the judiciary. But SCOTUS has to start hearing cases soon (there are also some state level options but not in all of the implicated states).
An assessment of foreign interference is due by Friday, which might be spicy.
Pence might be able to pull something while counting the votes? Objections have to be accepted by both houses for votes to be discarded - but that should also apply to the alternate electors, which Pence could conceivably count first (not sure on this, I haven't seen anything about the counting order other than "alphabetical").
I genuinely think that people are ready to boog, if it comes to that. There's way, way too much evidence for people to accept the result.
So I wouldn't say I'm convinced, especially when it comes to the judiciary, but it ain't over until the fat lady sings.
After exhausting all legal efforts, President Trump will invoke the Insurrection Act to deal with Chinese infiltration of the USA and their accomplices in the Deep State that stole the election. This is what will happen.
If China has infiltrated the government apparatus to such a degree, why would you expect the government apparatus to be of any use in correcting the problem?
I'm hoping, but it does feel like "how bernie can still win". That said, Trump ain't bernie, and if he does pull through, boy oh boy there's going to be a reckoning. There will be shitposting on epic proportions, like nuke the moon with Trumps face level. The rhee's will reach the next galaxy.
Here's the thing - ALL of Trump's successes in the last 4 years happened in spite of all common knowledge about how politics worked and/or everybody gunning for him.
I thought for SURE that Jeb Jeb was going to commandeer part of Trump's messaging about restricting illegal immigration which was resonating with the base and made perfect sense that we brought in so many immigrants and refugees that it lowered wages for the minorities and poor born in the US. But Jeb Jeb not only didn't do that (with millions of dollars and "top men" on his campaign) but actively supported MORE illegal immigration all the while Trump's polling on that issue increased.
Then the whole scandal about the "grab 'em by the pussy" which would've clobbered any Republican (but never a Democrat)
And I still felt the election was rigged going into 2016.
Then you have all of Trump's wins in spite of both the GOP and the DNC and active (and treasonous) obstruction of his Presidency.
It defies all logic that the entrenched statesmen (so-called) couldn't just use BASIC POLITICAL MANEUVERS AND DIPLOMACY to either commandeer some of Trump's blue collar issues (on the DNC side - which was suddenly anti-American Union protectionism) or the nationalist issues (on the RNC side which was suddenly anti-American CORPORATION protectionism!)
Both parties went thermonuclear immediately - showing that they're both children and both have no true leadership capabilities and CERTAINLY not statesman!.
Then we have this year - where state governors and leaders have actively supported insurrectionist domestic terrorism and refused to prosecute it while their actual working citizens are terrified and burned out of businesses - meanwhile the GOP still tries to play centrist.
And... here we are at the precipice.
Trump seems to live up to his name and manages to play the "Trump card" time and time again. The problem is, I don't see a "safe" course for his win - he either pulls a Thomas Jefferson and has Pence toss the DNC electors or declares the insurrection act (There may be other avenues I'm not privy to but it appears the courts don't actually CARE about election integrity) and the US will be thrown into even more turmoil.
OTOH - Letting Biden gain the Presidency and Obama a "third term" is a sure disaster for America along with tactily approving BLM and all the marxist actions of the past 6 months.
Do I want Trump to win? Hell yes.
Do I want Trump to pull the trigger and possibly tear the US apart? Grudgingly, yes - but the DNC and, directly, Obama have already torn this country apart.
I fear for the US either way.
I believe in the Republic.
I believe in the Constitution
I believe in the United States of America and the flag for which it stands - one nation, under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for ALL.
I'm hoping for mass protests in DC on Jan. 20 the likes of which we've never seen, something that'll overwhelm even the Antifa and BlackBloc vanguard; something that triggers larger mass uprisings elsewhere in the country. I've seen no evidence that this will actually happen, but I'm hoping all the same.
Also, the Texas AG made some vague threats in their lawsuit. I'm hoping they weren't complete nothingburgers.
Notice that nothing of what I said mentions Trump winning. It looks to me like Trump has given up, and he'll just make his exit and not bother attending the inauguration. People here need to stop holding out hope for shit that has no chance of happening. Its time we started inflicting on the left everything they inflicted upon the right over the last 4 years...times 10. Don't let your anger fade. Feed your anger. Let it grow. Use it.
If anything people are already planning a giant MAGA rally whoever wins, i'm sure that won't end poorly.
And at this point, yes, fucking accelerate, the left have become domestic terrorists and their leaders openly talk about how much they hate this country.
I'm way the fuck down in texas working a dead end retail job trying to sort my shit out, i don't even have the time/money to go even if i wanted to.
I know its going to be a glorious shitstorm if biden wins though, just for the fact that his inauguration is going to be a giant trump rally with loads of leftists probably starting shit.
Well, if trump wins the leftists will be trying to start shit there too. Heres hoping the dc police/secret service get their hands dirty by smashing some commie heads together.
I think the fix is in. Most of the Republicans want Trump out, too, so they can go back to doing nothing. The Supreme Court isn’t going to do shit. Maybe they would have, but remember who is behind all of this: Obama. Which means there’s most likely a shit-ton of coercion going on behind the scenes. All the Conservative Justices have likely been told that their families will be massacred if they take the case and go against Biden.
If they cheated once, and got away with it, they’ll have no problem doing the same thing in Georgia. In short, we’re probably fucked. Get ready to experience the joys of living in Obama’s third term, which will probably be a lot like living in East Germany...
If enough evidence of cheating is uncovered, then something has to be done.
At the barest minimum a full audit and recount. If that is impossible a new election 1st quarter of 2021.
Whatever happens, millions will feel they were cheated either way.
I think that thinking of it in those terms is the wrong mentality.
While I have my opinions on the outcome, I'm looking at the longer game. A Trump reelection wouldn't defeat the left. But Biden presidency may just kill the Democratic party.
I've been watching the Democrats flirt with disaster for thirty years, ever since they played a bait & switch with the far left by tapping Al Gore as VP. They know they need the progressives, but they also know that the progressive wing cannot win elections.
In 2022, the Democrats WILL lose the house. This much is set in stone, the redistricting is going to crush them. How they'll do in the Senate is less clear, as there are vulnerable seats on both sides of that class.
The Biden administration will not achieve anything of note. Even if they picked up the Senate, they won't expand the court. The party might be that stupid but the individual senators aren't.
It's a nice rallying cry to say that they would, but the likelihood of it actually happening is zero.
With the brazen rigging they pulled off in this election, and the lack of punishment for it, I genuinely doubt that the establishment would lose the midterms.
They'll try to cheat, but it won't be enough. Sad thing is, this situation is entirely the result of Covid, a veritable act of God that the Democrats exploited as much as possible. 2020 was a singular moment in history they took advantage of, but politics is not static. Come 2022, with Covid being an unpleasant memory by then, they won't be able to abuse mail in ballots like they did in 2020.
It's just so damn unfortunate that of all the years Covid had to come along, it was 2020.
I disagree completely. It’s possible, although unlikely, that the virus “got out” on accident in China. However, everything that happened after it did was 100% planned for political means. This was no act of god. It was an act of the globalists.
Oh please, mail in voting helped them no doubt but look at how blatant they were this time, theyre not going to stop, shit's going to become the norm. This is banana republic type shit and people said they won't do it again, theyre either delusional or part of the problem.
If the Democrats/deep state get away with stealing this election this blatantly and the media is this controlled... There will never be fair elections again.
It's just that 2022 is the Republican's turn to flex.
The Democrats are good at stuffing. The Republicans are much better at gerrymandering. Every ten years, the GOP puts the democrats in a hole through redistricting.
Because state level Republicans have TOTAL control over redistricting in twice as many seats as the Democrats do, and an advantage in control in most of the remaining seats.
In 2012, despite having Obama on the ticket, the Democrats failed to regain the seats they lost in 2010. This failure was due to redistricting, which cemented the Republican advantage in the house. The democrats couldn't regain the speakership until 2019.
The same thing happened to them in 2002, when Hastert survived despite Bush being unpopular. Again, this was due to redistricting.
The state Republicans will create another Republican house through redistricting, and once again it will take the Democrats most of the decade to dig themselves out of the latest hole redistricting put them in.
This happened because they gave up on their goal of trying to compete for state houses. After 2012, the DNC and DCCC had made it their goal of not being in that situation again in 2020. They wanted to win 2020 at the state level. But Trump beating Clinton changed all that. It made them lose their fucking minds and forget their long term goal.
That's the narrative, yes, but it doesn't stand up to scrutiny.
On a precinct by precinct level, if the 2002 congressional elections had been held with the district assignments of the 1990 census, Bush would have lost Congress.
The war high had nothing to do it with, the entire victory was through the redistricting of the 2000 census.
Whether or not that is true, what certainly is not true is that Bush was unpopular in 2002. Quite the opposite was true. So that claim was definitely false.
That said, I think you were right in your broader argument about redistricting.
Actually it does, because redistricting decides which ballots count for who.
The democrats are very good at making ballots appear, yes. At certain precincts.
And if all those precincts are bunched together to contribute to exactly one representative, they can ballot stuff as much as they want, and it won't fucking matter towards the actual composition of the house of representatives.
You're too fucking stupid
Well, I'm rich and statistically speaking you're probably not so... what does that say about you?
I'm in the one demographic the democrats dare not piss off: rich old people.
I'll be dead before before the leftist agenda is ever realized. Sure, I'm aware the United States is in decline. But it's been in decline for a long time and it'll be in decline for longer than I'll be around. I can say that I genuinely do not care who leads the United States so long as there is gridlock. Can you?
You can use your ballot box all you like. It no longer matters. If you can't see that from the events of the last 7 weeks, I don't know what to tell you.
We're nearly through using the jury box as well, with courts refusing to see cases on merits and instead dismiss on bs procedurals.
I am however advocating that people recognize that elections are now a farce and that their vote will not be counted because it's now established that there are no consequences for cheating.
You're controlled opposition too though, so go back to reddit where you belong. I'm sure there's some posts over there that need to be pruned so you can tongue some more admin anus.
Most people seem to think he has little to no success with the legal/electoral route, and some or very likely with the military route.
Funnily enough, I feel it's the reverse. When the election results came in and it was clear extremely early that there had been fraud, the latter didn't surprise me but I thought any remedies were impossible.
The hundreds of affidavits, Dominion information, and numerous observable irregularities not explainable by media aggregation defects showed not only that the voter fraud was far too egregious (to the extent that I do not think any reasonable person could foresee such stupidity), but that the quantifiable margins were enough to swing the outcome despite efforts to remove such evidence.
To me, this feels like a variant of the Bush vs. Gore. I expect some landmark decision(s) from the Supreme Court where enough votes are discarded that Trump wins.
Should it get to the House of Representatives, I'm less confident but still believe that Biden will lose.
As for the Insurrection Act, I'm extremely skeptical altogether.
Trump has little chance of success in the legal route, and zero in the military route.
I think he will be satisfied if the legal route didn't let him win. He's done nothing radical or illegal (aka insurrection act) so far and he had plenty of chances during the riots.
I think he at least knows calling in the military will basically mean civil war and a deep state Epsteining.
You got downvoted to hell, but looks like you were far more prescient.
I teased the idea mentally, but really didn't think the Supreme Court would turn down all cases. I was almost 50-50 on the House, but the running tally decimates that original guess.
Lastly: I had no idea what the hell was the purpose of today's demonstration from a Trump campaign strategy POV and still don't. (shrug)
I want to believe some last minute thing will happen but with courts rejecting the lawsuits I don’t have any hope. I’m 40 and this is the most fishy election I’ve ever seen.
Deep down i have my hopes up but i've been disappointed enough by the people supposed to be doing their goddamned jobs (barr covering up the hunter biden probe until after the fucking election, good job you foat fuck) that i'm sufficiently demoralized.
Were fucked eventually, its just a matter of time. Globalists won.
Unless the Trump lawyers pull off a miracle legal case - Gulani, Sidney Powell, Lin Wood had not shown this so far, Trump will lose.
I think he will only concede at the last minute just to piss them off. He'll still say he actually won though, but will do jack shit to enforce his claim.
I think he's gonna retire, golf and tweet, if he isn't banned yet. At least until the deep state decides to do some black ops shit on him.
The two things that give me hope:
He already won. The cheating was blatant and obvious.
Just because people refuse to acknowledge the truth doesn't change it.
The deep state has signaled that the de facto conventions of Presidential immunity won't apply to him and that he will spend the rest of his life in prison as a deterrent against someone else trying the same thing.
Whether Trump tries to prevent that will largely depend on whether or not he himself knows that to be true.
If that doesnt trigger civil war then nothing will.
Actually plausible:
https://archive.vn/cDJFM https://thedonald.win/p/11R4XJ54uj/ Joe Biden forced Snowden to stop in Russia, Trump pissed off Deep State, Deep State James Clapper now works for CNN, Trump considers pardoning Snowden, Biden wins 2020 Presidential Election
https://archive.vn/qM6xM politico
His plate is pretty full at the moment. If he loses the election, the ATF confiscating guns will be one of many existential threats to the nation.
Military means military, not militia.
On the one hand it's CNN. On the other hand I want it to be true
CNN is filled with liars and former CIA.
If he refuses to leave, he will probably be dragged out and completely humiliated. That is actually my worst nightmare.
Convinced? No, absolutely not.
Could it still happen? Yeah it could.
I keep harping on this definition because it explains Leftism fully. You must understand that the Left and the establishment are on war-footing. They are already at war. Not in the normal sense, but bureaucratic, legal, and political sense, they are fully at war. This definition reminds you, that the law means nothing in war. International law is an irrelevant self-imposition. The law itself, is nothing more than a form moral force. The law is effectively a political argument... and and it's a weak one.
This is why Cicero said:
And those institutions haven't been this unpopular and this uninfluential, maybe ever. Certainly not all at the same time. The power of the establishment has seriously waned.
They would never retire to Spain. That day never comes. They never stop, and they're not trying to prove anything to the plebs. This is about preserving what they have and the gains they promised themselves in their fantasies.
To win meaningful resistance you need to overcome:
big tech censorship (NYpost, youtube)
big finance censorship (https://archive.vn/cmzTL breitbart Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong Sounds Alarm over Cryptocurrency Rule that Could Empower Financial Censors by ALLUM BOKHARI 13 Dec 20201)
big funding (Tom Steyer/Refuse Facism, Koch bros NOT funding Trump but Soros Dems)
deep state spy shit
organized paramilitary - antifa - which the FBI and DHS tell us are unimportant, I wonder why.
ancient organized paramilitary like professor Bill Ayers of Weather Underground fame
You can avoid the American ones.
I still think they'll try for the magic two years so they can run her two more times.
Nothing shouts "eight more years!" like 1% in the primaries.
Build a new GOP.
MAGA Party/America First
They will give him 6 weeks or two years of weekend at Ginsburgs.
If he doesn't, I genuinely feel this country will collapse within 4 years.
Giant migrant caravan coming and he'll up our yearly refugee acceptance by 700 percent, we are 200 percent fucked.
Convinced? No.
Hopeful? Yes.
I believe in the Constitution I believe in the United States of America and the flag for which it stands - one nation, under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for ALL.
To arms, pedes.
At this point if you go, bring your rifle and wear your plates. Don't yeet unless yote upon, but if they mean to have a war let it start here.
Absolutely nothing is happening 'behind the scenes'.
No, but Kamala might.
Im at the point where I'm wondering what happens if Biden is sworn in, and then three days later, the supreme court negates that.
Deoends on the legal case.
If it's a shit case, everybody's vote becomes meaningless. Which is a bad thing.
I feel flaccid Republicans will bail on him.
Well, i said from beginning that Biden is most likely to win [in 'gets elected' sense] anyway.
That said, i am good at being wrong.
Biden may not win but he most likely will be installed.
Convinced? No
Possible still? Yes
We will know on January 6th 2021.
I still hope Trump somehow clutches it out.
I expect a lame duck Biden presidency.
Then I expect a more bombing the middle east for Israel.
Biden will be a strong president as Republicans are lamer.
It was an act of God.
One the establishment took ruthless advantage of.
Google "Event 201"
Oh please, mail in voting helped them no doubt but look at how blatant they were this time, theyre not going to stop, shit's going to become the norm. This is banana republic type shit and people said they won't do it again, theyre either delusional or part of the problem.
At the congressional race level, gerrymandering is far more powerful than ballot stuffing, and the GOP is VERY good at gerrymandering.
If the Democrats/deep state get away with stealing this election this blatantly and the media is this controlled... There will never be fair elections again.
The elections never were fair.
It's just that 2022 is the Republican's turn to flex.
The Democrats are good at stuffing. The Republicans are much better at gerrymandering. Every ten years, the GOP puts the democrats in a hole through redistricting.
This is a retarded take. Why would they ever lose anything ever again? Vote rigging works and has no consequences.
Wut? Bush was on a post-9/11 high in 2002. That is why the GOP gained seats, which is very unusual in a midterm.
Redistricting doesn't matter you fucking mouth breather. You showing up to a polling station doesn't matter, your vote doesn't fucking count anymore.
You're too fucking stupid to be anything other than controlled opposition. Get the fuck out of here.
Well, I'm rich and statistically speaking you're probably not so... what does that say about you?
Screw that guy, but also screw the rich. You're not smarter or better than anyone if you are rich, any more than Robin DeAngelo is.
It says you're projecting your insecurities and trying desperately to compensate.
Oh, and what insecurities would that be?
I'm in the one demographic the democrats dare not piss off: rich old people.
I'll be dead before before the leftist agenda is ever realized. Sure, I'm aware the United States is in decline. But it's been in decline for a long time and it'll be in decline for longer than I'll be around. I can say that I genuinely do not care who leads the United States so long as there is gridlock. Can you?
So you don't give a shit about my country, got it.
Wait, you're telling people that they shouldn't vote to keep radical kneelers out of office, and it's other people who are the controlled opposition?
You can use your ballot box all you like. It no longer matters. If you can't see that from the events of the last 7 weeks, I don't know what to tell you.
We're nearly through using the jury box as well, with courts refusing to see cases on merits and instead dismiss on bs procedurals.
Only one box left after that
I am not advocating that people stop voting.
(shrug)
Peaceful protest.
They just hung around, did minor property damage, took pictures and went home.
Unlike antifa, Trumpers had no plans for a coup.
Totally "domestic terrorists" though lol
I want to believe some last minute thing will happen but with courts rejecting the lawsuits I don’t have any hope. I’m 40 and this is the most fishy election I’ve ever seen.
I think he actually won the vote but the powers that be won't do anything about it.
A wild Blackpill shill appears...
Shall we remind you of your comment come January 20?
Deep down i have my hopes up but i've been disappointed enough by the people supposed to be doing their goddamned jobs (barr covering up the hunter biden probe until after the fucking election, good job you foat fuck) that i'm sufficiently demoralized.
Were fucked eventually, its just a matter of time. Globalists won.
The courts refusing to hear a case or even consider evidence...
Like fuck it, expand it at this point. drag ruth out of her grave and give her seat back, fuck it, its useless.
No.
