So here's something fucked up from a lawsuit someone else filed when their videos were demonetized (there are a lot of these lawsuits):

“Plaintiff charges Defendants with wrongfully demonetizing, censoring, restricting and removing his videos. The Ninth Circuit has made clear that removing or restricting postings falls within a publisher’s traditional functions.” Cites to Barnes v. Yahoo; Ebeid v. Facebook; Roommates.com. The court adds that demonetization decisions are analogous to removal decisions, so they too qualify as editorial decisions (“Both fall under the rubric of publishing activities”).

I think it's bullshit to say demonetization is the same as an editorial decision. An editorial decision is about whether to include or exclude content on a site. A demonetization decision leaves the content intact but simply deprives you the financial gain from it. YouTube still gets the traffic and ad revenue even though you don't see a penny.

This is all part of the "websites are publishers when it benefits them, and not when it can be held against them" Section 230 law.

But imagine if you could. All the posts showing how they could run up the score against the shitty female team! I have no interest in sports video games, but even I would check those out.

My older sister played volleyball so as a 12 year old I was happy to go to her games and watch her teammates.

You just described the entire composition of the crowds of female sports games. Men's sports have fans that spend thousands of dollars to travel across the country to watch a team from a city or university they have no affiliation with, well women's sports are only watched by friends and relatives.

That article says they started doing this in 2020, better get older copies.

They know people don't want this shit, that's why they hide it when they're doing it. I wonder how many other books we will find out have been stealth edited.

In 2021 only 4% of England and Wales was black. Based on the number of black English actors, you'd think it was more than America.

Probably the PT uniform, although why anyone would buy issue socks after boot camp is a mystery.

"gender equality ratio". Funny how that's a one-way street. 63% is greater than women's percentage in the population at large. If it was really about equality they'd be trying to recruit more men to equalize that ratio.

Also: from personal experience, Filipinas are some of the dumbest motherfuckers I've encountered. Even worse than white women. Lenovo is fucking stupid if they're recruiting more of them.

What continent is England considered a part of?

AntonioOfVenice already covered the religious wackos pushing it in the United States.

The first mention of it in Encyclopedia Britannica as a medical practice and not simply a Jewish and Islamic religious custom was the 1910 edition.

To portray circumcision as common among everyday Christian peoples prior to the 20th century is simply revisionist history. And no, I don't care that Jews and Muzzies were doing it for centuries.

Yeah, thats why the Nazis totally didn't use circumcision as a quick way to identify Jewish men pretending to be gentiles, because everyone was doing it in 1940's Europe. Right?

If men weren't meant to have a foreskin, it wouldn't be there in nature. Circumcision was also incredibly rare outside of Judaism until they started pushing it in the 20th century.

I see circumcision as one of the first body modifications by humans who think they "know better" than nature. Given science's poor track record in deciding what is important and what isn't on the human body I wouldn't trust it.

He doesn't need a lawyer (unless he's planning on suing the school) because these aren't accusations of committing a crime, it's just one of those informal fake school investigations. They don't follow any sort of rules of evidence or due process, and the worst they can do is dismiss him from the school.

Back in Trump's presidency they changed the rules and forced colleges to actually follow due process and mimic a criminal proceeding, but that was one of the first things Biden rolled back.

He needs to participate as little as possible, refuse to answer vague questions and only speak directly to specific charges, and he wants it all recorded or in writing. At that point, if the school dismisses him and it's not consistent with their published policies and procedures, he can sue them. It's basically a breach of contract thing.

Don't participate in their investigation, it's a trap. If it's like you said, no misconduct, you're fine. Even in the shitty kangaroo University courts, you're not responsible if someone merely feels uncomfortable.

If they try and play hardball, and there's nothing in any of their codes of conduct or agreements they make you sign, tell them as much, and that if they don't leave you alone you'll look into litigation against the school and you'll go to the right wing media that covers these sorts of false allegations from girls. Ask them if they really want to be the next story on Fox News.

You have to jump through a bunch of hoops to buy full auto, and pay a $200 tax on each. If you make them, you need a special license too. A regular FFL can't sell Class 3 weapons or make them.

Fucking BATF cowboys staged a raid for the cameras

They do touch on this. They interview one of the reporters who was tipped off to the raid and was the first on the scene. They show a bunch of footage of the ATF dead and injured being hauled away and you can hear the ATF agents cussing out the cameraman and telling him to "turn off that fucking camera."

In the interview the reporter comments that they didn't seem to have a problem with the cameras when they called them there because they thought it was going to be a slam dunk before they got bitch slapped by the Branch davidians.

Weapons charges. They said they were converting weapons to full auto and making explosives. Hard to tell if it's true; the footage they air of the original fire fight clearly has automatic weapons fire, but you can't tell which side it's coming from.

One of the agents interviewed said he heard an M60 and it wasn't theirs, so take that for what you will.

When you send your kid to public school, the expectation is they they aren't providing instruction that advocates one political philosophy or religion over another. Basically they should be teaching math, science, English, and a "just the facts" version off history and civics.

When you start advocating for things like trannies (a contentious political issue) or badmouthing certain religions, you can expect parents to take issue and want control over the curriculum.

"she" feels like a superhero.

It's easy to feel that way when you have so much more muscle mass than the people you're competing with. Now I'm going to go beat up a room full of elementary school kids so I can feel like Thanos.

Oh yeah, we were watching that a couple of weeks ago. The shocking twists since then:

  • That wasn't even the teacher that took away his switch. It was someone else.
  • The young gentleman is borderline retarded and has a history of behavioral issues and violence.

Non of these vapid social media type sites are essential to our culture. They come and go, and if one is removed from its cycle artificially early due to the US government that will just hasten the rise of its inevitable replacement.
