In the original comics, Nebula gets the gauntlet and brings all the dead heroes back to life, which would have been a fine ending for the movie.
Iron Man was an excellent film and it launched the MCU. Arguably, had it not been so good, the entire project might have been DOA.

Most big corps don't require a reason and give full refunds. Abuse of the refund system will just result in them changing their policy to charge a restocking fee like a lot of smaller companies already do.

The critique of nationalism is that at it's worst it devolves into blind loyalty to the state and xenophobia. Communism demands absolute loyalty to the state by default. They don't hate outsiders; they just want to absorb them against their will like the Borg from Star Trek. How is that better?
Capitalism rewards hard work and inginuity. It's not perfect and often unfair, but communism offers no rewards for high achievement at all. How is that better?
