It seems ridiculous, but this question is basically negating a defense based on insanity or mental incompetence.

Hey man, there's plenty you can do. First and foremost, raise kids who don't buy into the crap narratives that perpetuate the shitty culture. There's no way to solve the problem quickly as it takes generations to shift a cultural mindset.

Entertainment and sex has always been high earning. These are also jobs you can only do for a short part of your lifetime, often leaving people without skills for other work in the future.

She's investing her cam-show earnings into other businesses. Gas stations aren't a bad move and will earn quite a bit of steady income. A lot of strippers spend recklessly and then wind up dirt poor when they're no longer attractive.

Sure, but there are times when we get a ton of their crap astroturfed here. We've got a bunch of conspiracy theorists of a variety of stripes too. That shit keeps out a lot of people who don't want to deal with it and gives ammunition to the standard leftist attacks.

I mean, there weren't any 40 man raids and they introduced 10 man raids which made things more accessible. They also didn't ramp down the difficulty. I actually had an easier time getting raids going in TBC.

Wrath was what wound up killing my guild. Nax being a cakewalk made a lot of people lazy, then when Ulduar spiked the difficulty up a lot of people quit. The PVP fight in the Trial also broke a lot of guilds, as many players had limited to no experience in PVP. Then you had the group finder for 5 man content, which killed a lot of the server community. My guild went from fielding two 25 man teams to about 15 active raiders, but at least we cleared the content. I wound up quitting halfway through Cata as I was bored with the rehash of old raids.

Yes, multiple times in fact. As recently as 2020, 2017 and 2012. Congress refuses to bring the matter to a vote.

Not sure why you see Puerto Rico's statehood as a "trigger". Dems have blocked it from moving forward as much as Republicans. Neither side is certain how the voting dynamics will actually turn out, nor wants to take the risk.

I thought that was his thing though? Between him and all the neo-nazi types hanging about that's huge percentage of our content too.

Biden needs a war to distract from how awful things have gotten over the past 14 months. He won't be the first President to pull this off, and in case you haven't noticed the past 4-5 Democratic administrations all engaged in warfare every time they had a scandal brewing in order to give the media a distraction.

Loud angry minority with a bullhorn in my experience. I've know quite a few Jewish people, have several friends who are Jewish and most of them are either indifferent or just enjoy the holiday season.

Yep. A Jewish friend of mine practices Christmas w/ his kids b/c he doesn't want them missing out on toys and fun. I got him a menorah tree-topper that he thought was hilarious. His wife just rolled her eyes at me =P

Gotta disagree with you somewhat. It's a nation that used to have a very strong Christian influence, but we specifically founded our nation without an official nation due to memories of how the Protestant vs Catholic tensions led to wars and state-sanctioned persecution.

I'd also note that as a Christian, we've been doing a rather awful job in the US since at least the 80s. Rather than advocating for a theocratic state I would challenge a fellow believer to ensure they themselves have their life as in-order as is possible, actually read your Bible and study it, and live a live that serves as an example to others and prompts them to wonder what's different about you.

Apologies if I'm overly preachy there.

At my office, I wish my Jewish co-workers a Happy Hanukkah and they wish me Merry Christmas. Back when I managed a team in India we'd talk to each other about our differing national and religious holidays as we were all curious. I laugh with my current employee who's in Columbia as that they have a lot of national holidays around the summer and he didn't actually know what most of them were about (I started asking out of curiosity after the 3rd one).

Most Americans are quite reasonable about these things, though I'll admit we're mostly ignorant when it comes to non-western religions. That secular atheism and it's hostility is a minority opinion, but it's unfortunately been dominant among those who consider themselves as "elites" in our society.

Hah, I had the same thought at first. It's a poorly constructed sentence.

I read it years ago. It isn't terrible, but it isn't all that great either as a story. The ending in particular is rushed and non-sensical and you'll find a ton if typical liberal BS.

High level, turns out the virus was created by the planet itself due to over-population / pollution. All creatures with y-chromosomes die except for the protag and his pet monkey, but some mammals spontaneously start having babies anyway. Main character winds up never having kids b/c his love interest gets sniped out of nowhere in the last issue and he's just so sad for the rest of his life. That's ok, we cloned the couple of astronauts who were in space (so they survived the virus) along with a few women and have a thriving utopia now. The end.

I'd start by amending the Bill of Rights to include set responsibilities with each right. I'd put some stronger controls on the branches of government to limit their ability to exceed their intended role.

You're not Microsoft's market because you're not just an "advanced user", you're likely in the highest 1% of users. There is a much large market of much dumber people they would like to get money from.

The original Mistborn trilogy is pretty good, though I'll say the first book is the strongest. I was fine with how it ends, but this is a subject that readers are divided on.

Sanderson is really good at creating interesting worlds and presenting magical systems that have something new to them. His books are mostly PG-13 and his religious beliefs will come through in all his writings.
