She's investing her cam-show earnings into other businesses. Gas stations aren't a bad move and will earn quite a bit of steady income. A lot of strippers spend recklessly and then wind up dirt poor when they're no longer attractive.

I wouldn't have thought gas stations to be worth investing in honestly:

increasing number of companies offering work from home arrangements post pandemic
the rise in popularity of electric & hybrid vehicles
exorbitant cost of fuel resulting in people minimizing their travel where possible
saturated market, so profit margins squeezed
