Cannibal pleads guilty to murder, mutilation of Michigan student

Mark David Latunski, a self-proclaimed cannibal, pleaded guilty in court Thursday to murder and mutilation of a man he met on Grindr. Latunski could face in life in prison without parole.

It seems ridiculous, but this question is basically negating a defense based on insanity or mental incompetence.
