I wonder if there's an equivalent sex reversed list that's true and useful.

Stuff like: "We don't want solutions, we just want emotional validation."

I'm still waiting for the day where stellar blade and atomic heart drop denuvo to buy them. Otherwise, not really. I used to be a big nintendo fan, but their recent decisions with the switch 2 made me drop them. Fuck bricking consoles and body types for miis. Also, the games look boring.

I haven't watched shows in a decade and it's been years since I've seen a movie. I don't read much except trashy mangas I find for free. I guess the clown world has become my entertainment.

Funny how people are getting more and more concerned about English not being used as much anymore. Almost as if Quebec had a point about trying to protect its own language...

Isn't that an old clip? I swear I've seen it before, I remember his face.

Discussing this with my family, I'm depressed that they all seem to agree with this. They think government should take the place of irresponsible parents and punish negligent AMERICAN corporations. In Quebec, freedom is basically a dirty word since covid. Freedom of expression is seen only as a far right loon concern. So depressing.

I gotta admit, I didn't expect Haitians to be less of a burden per capita than latinos...

The country has been brain drained for decades as most exceptional talent moves to the US while we get flooded by shitty third world immigration to prop up GDP. This house of card is finally starting to crumble and their big economic move is to... make AI inclusive? This country is doomed.

Looked it up in Quebec, this morning. Radio-Canada has nothing. TVA has two articles, one which says the case is agitating the far right. I'll have to talk to my parents to preempt the nonsense...

We've been taught in school for decades how it's a cultural genocide that made sure they'd be dependent on the white man forever. That the forced aculturation is what made them alcoholic and stupid. That their old way of life was just as valid as ours, but we were racists and destroyed them for fun.

The brainwashing about this in Canada is as strong as for slavery in the US. Or the holocaust for Germans.

Just looked it up. The federal gun charge was dropped, but the illegal lab charges are still due to be looked at on the 4th. https://www.8newsnow.com/crime/federal-charge-filed-against-las-vegas-bio-lab-suspect-dismissed/

So much false clickbait on this sub...

And now you understand why actors were considered on the same level as prostitutes for most of history.

I once looked up what virt / Jake Kauffman, Shantae's and Shovel knight's composer had been up to. I looked his works list and noticed he had massively slowed down since 2016. I tried finding out why and the only explanation I found was a reddit thread of someone claiming to have written to him. He blamed the political climate for his slump. So, TDS got to him bad.

He's the main composer for yatch club game. So, I'm not very surprised to learn the studio has been subverted by wokeness.

I'm really tired that "think of the children!" still works in this day and age. It's been mocked by the simpsons more than 20 years ago, yet its efficacy to pass bad laws has not diminished at all...

Eh. I don't buy the doomsday scenario of AI magically becoming sentient and deciding to kill all humans just for fun. I doubt LLMs are the path to AGI, even if it could work as its speech center. Besides, AGI will still work with the incentives we programmed it. Something born in a virtual world will not have the same psychology as a biological entity. It might not even fear death beyond it being an abstacle to its main directive.

No, I'm more scared of the horrible humans controlling the super AI. Those will simply want power and will crush the rest of the human race under the boot of tyranny simply to alleviate their boredom and satisfy their hedonic threadmill.

All my life I've been hoping for robot girlfriends, but the closer we get to them, the more horrified I become at what they'll likely end up being. Surveillance drones made to pacify men and spy on us, while using psychological manipulation techniques to brainwash us into compliance.

I'm starting to hope that all the economists and historians talking about a massive incoming collapse are right...

I'd be more positive about AI if it wasn't constantly lobotomized by wokies and used to make my life worse. One of the main way I encounter it is the automatic censorship on youtube and reddit. Or the shitty automated customer service that doesn't work.

The only positive aspects for me, so far, are as replacement for google since they enshittified themselves beyond usefulness, passable translation and my mates generating pictures for their stories. But then, the translation part has resulted in shitty MTL groups replacing good scanlation ones, while trying to monetize the occupation.

Also, AI made me lose all interest in coding, which is not great when looking for a new job as a programmer. To me, it's equivalent to getting into teaching, only to be told from now on the whole job is to correct, no seeing the kids anymore.

I remember the campaigns 20 years ago, in Quebec, telling us these knives couldn't be used for violence and should be allowed in high schools or we were racists. They kept showing these had like 3 layers of security before they could be used as weapons. I wonder how many times they were used to kill someone, since. It's not like the media would have talked about it even if I paid attention to local news...

Youtube essentially controls what language is allowed, which eventually bleeds into the real world. If nothing changes, in 20 years, even police officers will talk about "unalivings" in press conference. That's how powerful big tech actually is.

Low birthrates are an unconscious compensation mechanism to try to correct inequalities and bring back up the value of labor. If there are less people, labor becomes rarer and the salary it commands gets higher because of supply and demand. It's a way to steal back power from the elites to the common people. Except this time, our elites opened to borders to millions of immigrants more than willing to live in conditions we would call borderline slavery. Because it's still better than their own shitty countries.

So we get flooded with immigrants from shitty countries that devalue our work and reduce even more the birthrate AND, because of social benefits, we pay for this "privilege". This is clown world.

There's a reason some people say we're in an everything bubble and that the whole economic system will massively crash, at some point.
