They're the ones who murdered logic so their made-up world could be king.

Who indeed.

If you were right, a take over of the Bitcoin wouldn't have been necessary in 2016-7. Those of us around (and before) watched as globalists invaded the space using Blockstream to re-engineer the development staff (and therefore its modus operandi into the future), their only real avenue of compromising Bitcoin in a way that allowed some actual control. There's no point to all that if they were already pulling the strings from the start and somehow laying in wait as you suggest.

The problem is that their re-engineering didn't work as they expected. Bitcoin + Lightning is technologically a giant hunk of shit that benefits almost entirely from first mover positioning and history of unparalleled asset appreciation that's left speculators rightly moon-eyed. But it's outmoded in a technological sense and won't last as asset kingpin forever. Which is to say that the current significance of Bitcoin has a setting horizon that keeps it relevant only in the short-term. (I'm talking the next 10 years, maybe.)

I mean, sure, the US can issue its own crypto as a "national currency," but they're going to be able to stop people from using and trading in other crypto about as well as they've stopped piracy. Especially with the current DeFi revolution and the massive movement towards information security and veiled privacy for individuals going on. Good luck!

The housing bubble and "Too big to fail" was an orchestrated transfer of wealth. All of it cognizant, intentional .So was COVID, most of us seem aware.

Disconcerting that Bitwave blocks VPN IPs though.

Sharon's other mistake was apologizing. She might've survived it until then.

Nailed it. This is a propaganda frame to diminish future critics of China, signaling that some bad China-related shit is on the horizon.

Except the woke princes giving orders will also give orders to severely punish E-4s who don't fall in line. So they will.

I'd throw Three's Company in as another show that would drive SJWs into a frothing madness, but still holds up in humor and entertainment today.

I'd argue that's a mischaracterization at best.

Will Munny (Eastwood) is a long-ago murderer and outlaw who once again becomes a killer-for-hire on the premise that he's defending the humanity (and not the honor) of a prostitute who had her face ruined by an insulted John, an act that brings her future value as even a prostitute into question.

Because every single character in the story is debased, pernicious or plain murderous in some way, it's an interesting pivot that the prostitute's ruined face is the one value everyone agrees was a wrong that must somehow be righted. Not everyone agrees on how, which is where the central conflict develops.

On both of those counts, we have to say Basquiat was way ahead of the times.

No, but you probably have to make an effort to surround yourself with people who have the mentality and values you'd want. Don't force it, but massage your situation into a better prospect.

If your life includes lots of healthy women in them, and you're demonstrably healthy and productive yourself, your chances of settling down with one of those women increases a lot in short time. Figure out how to put yourself in that scenario, and you're off to the races.

For example, think about how often you've heard of a doctor being married to another doctor. People tend to get involved with others who are inside the group of people they interact with often. Madonna married her fitness instructor, as another example. Repeated interaction makes for sparks. Just make sure you don't have losers in your life when they start flying.

Note: This carries over to your future kids as well. Want them to marry up? When the time is right, make sure they're frequenting places where they'll interact with others above their pay grade, so to speak. Nature takes care of the rest.

LOL, they'll believe anything.

"But none of it has shaken his belief, against all evidence, that the presidential election was stolen and that people like him were right to rise up."

Imagine being so snowed by propagandists like this to actually believe "against all evidence" is an accurate take, that people like Adam Newbold are just crrrrrazy Trumpers overcome with fabrications of election fraud, and that Joe Biden is legitimately the most popularly supported person to have ever run for President.

Phew!

ProtonVPN is a Swiss based option (taking it outside the 5-eyes scrutiny) and has proved to be quality so far. It does have a free version but that's very limited, and well worth upgrading if you can. It's the only free option I'd really have any trust in, frankly. (https://protonvpn.com/)

PIA, or Private Internet Access is another paid option that offers a good service and solid feature set. Gobs of servers around the world and I've had good experience with it. Like Proton, they purport not to keep any logs of user activity and there is so far no reason to believe otherwise. (https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/)

Either or both are worth giving a shot.

Yeah, the comment thing seems to have stopped a good while back. Dissenter also hasn't appeared to get much attention from the devs and it can be clunky to keep updated. I've switched back (mostly) to Brave for now.

He's just saying that it marks a turning point. He doesn't know if it will turn better or worse, but it's significant such that it will be viewed that way in the future.
