Amphetamines (which are cheap as shit compared to heroin or coke) severely compromise emotional regulation. Do methamphetamines' enough for a while and it is very permanent.
The worst cases are on both 'roids and meth. Meth revs them up and gives them extra energy to lift weights. It lets them party all night and not feel the effects of alcohol. They don't get hungry or thirsty while they are using, and it makes them feel like a superman.
A perfect combination if you have crippling self-esteem issues and a tiny, shriveled dick as a side effect of the 'roids.
This literally resulted in a sex crime report (involving his underage daughter) getting rejected.

I would say that thing is a symptom not a cause, but women becoming a political voting block has certainly accelerated things. Women now are the single largest voting block in elections, and, as a group, they think with their feelings. It makes them incredibly easy to manipulate.
