Yep. We stopped making breakfast, partly because it's too much work. We have to cook everything from scratch to avoid migraines and can never eat out or buy a loaf of bread or processed meat. Any joker who thinks you can provide 3 proper meals a day and do the dishes in half an hour is a complete idiot.

Has anyone done a deep dive on this new CEO and his connections?

Maturity is related to society. In a society where responsibility comes early, and is supported by society, the age where adulthood is reached may be different.

For example, the legal drinking age is 18 in Canada, but 21 in the US. But in some states you can get learning driving licenses at 14, whereas you have to be 16 in Canada. So I think that's kinda arbitrary, and also both alternative measures of "age or responsibility."

Biologically, 16 years old is usually old enough. I say this as a woman. Is 18 years old old enough emotionally? For some, no. I definitely had a lot more maturing to do between 18 and 22. But I believe this is related to societial pressures and personal experiences.

Someone who assumed someone was 18 when they were 16 is not the same as someone who is interested in prepubescent girls.

I personally am comfortable with 18 as the cutoff age. However, I think there should be increased punishment (minimum time) for grooming, prepubescent molestation, and repeat offenders. I think 6 months imprisonment (refer to my comment above) is a fine sentence for mistaking a 16 year old for an 18 year old. But repeat offenders, young victims, and grooming should require much more time.

As someone whose friends were abused, the suffering caused lasts a lifetime. And therefore life in prison with suffering sounds fair to me.

The abuser got 6 months with a plea deal.

The abuser has never repented in any way.

The abuser is a serial abuser and may be grooming or abusing more young girls right now.

And that is why I support life in prison, at least, for unrepentant serial abusers with no scruples about grooming young girls.

To be clear: the majority of this motion for mistrial with prejudice has to do with the prosecutor's very poor conduct at the start of cross-eamining Kyle.

The video was not "new" but only provided to defense in a lower quality format.

It appears that there are three main reasons to file this motion, 1) 5th amendment rights being brought up, 2) prosecution disobeying court orders, and 3) video evidence not provided to defense in the same format as the state had.

Those watching the case knew the defense planned to file this motion, it was mentioned in court that it would be filed. Some legal analysts have suggested the prosecution will be or has been given time to respond, up to a week perhaps.

If the judge really wanted to call a mistrial he could have after the events surrounding the cross-examination of Kyle. I suspect the judge does not want a mistrial and would prefer the jury to return a verdict. He seems to be a strong believer in juries. He may be a little unaware how biased the jury pool may be these days and in these kinds of widely publicized trials.

That Barnes is working on this is the best news I've heard all day. The closing arguments from Binger were awful.

This makes me very sad. I have probably attended classes in that classroom for that very subject.

How we got here is no one standing up to government bullies.

Baby boys have high levels of testosterone for the first seven months after birth more or less, even starting before birth.

Newborn: 75-400 ng/dl

This is in the range of 10-12 year old boys as puberty starts.

So yes, a baby born a boy has already been influenced by testosterone, is a boy, and will remain a boy.

A friend had her kids friends over, the kids were around 3 or 4 years old. She told the parents " we don't do junk food but there will be fruit and veggies available." One mom told her "my kid never eats fruit or vegetables."

Well, what do you know, the kid ate fruit and vegetables.

Kids like to eat what they see other people and other kids eating, especially at a young age. As well, if there's only healthy options, they will eat it.

My kids were hesitant to eat veggies. We dug some carrots, washed them, and they were "bugs bunny" for a bit. The next day we went to the garden and I picked spinach. Because they enjoyed the carrots, they both tried the raw spinach and liked it. Sometimes kids really surprise you!

"Deadly virus - might hurt our kids" "Vaccine - might save our kids"

All of the premises are wrong, but because of the words used and emotions attached, people can't see through the lies.

A few doctors are still reasonable. Dr Peter McCullough is one of the few sane and very knowledgeable voices out there.

I've held signs. It can be boring, it can also be complicated if you've got a 4 or 5 way intersection. It is important and risky, because the safety of the other workers depends on the vehicles going through the work site safety. Some companies mainly hire older and more responsible people for traffic control for this reason.

Which is why you can wear a painter's mask (n99 with activated carbon) to not smell cigarette smoke and people's nasty perfume.

"Your family doesn't have significant medical problems, so you don't get a family doctor."

It's unlikely I would be taking up much of my doctors time if I had one, but if I had a sane, helpful doctor it would be nice to at least have that relationship.

They would rather slap him on the wrist for this than have him be under investigation for his coof policies.
